Great neighborhood Mall. Early risers will enjoy walking with friends and family as this location. Security is on the ball and helpful. A safe place for all ages. Lots of activities for kids and adults. Movie theater indoors. Great area to enjoy many fun venues.

Definitely not what it used to be. Less variety of shops and empty store fronts. Which is too bad. It was a nice mall once upon a time. Still has some nice shops and is clean.

My experience at PV mall was good. I was only going to one store, Dillard's, and it was great. As I walked through the mall however I couldn't help but feel sad at all the empty stores. I remember when the mall was built and how beautiful and thriving it was. Now it is practically empty and not as well maintained I'm sorry to say.

This mall used to be better. Some stores are closing down. In the summer parts of the mall are nice and cool and other parts need AC. Has area for kids to play. Costco is next door but you need to walk outside to get to it. Target is actually across the street. Several Indian stores since there are many Indians that come to this mall. They have a train for the kids plus the merry go round that's in the food court. Has a movie theater as well.

A wonderful place to have fun with the family! Shopping, food court, a fantastic merry-go-round and a place to watch the kids play while you take a load off. I have been going to this Mall since 1984 and it has grown into a lovely place to spend the day.

Good place to shop and spend time. This mall have kids play area that is always buzzed and fun for kids. Train ride for kid an attraction here.

Still has some good anchor stores like Dillards and Costco and the movie theater. Also really nice for kids with the play area, children's stores, and huge carousel. But also has lots of empty stores which makes it seem run down a bit.

This mall has pretty much all major retail outlets. the best thing is also has Costco and Target attached to this mall. i could say this is one stop shop for most the needs. I love it this area.

I gave it four star for the options of kid friendly venues available here. Great play area. Lots of coin machines. Jumping trampoline with the ties that take you super high. Arcade and Vr venue now apparently. It's a good place to spend the day with your kids and do some shopping.

Great place to visit! Has a variety of stores, for all ages. Great lounging and plenty of seating for relaxation. Great for kids, my children and I enjoy the train to ride on. They've added a lot of fun and variety in the last 10 years I've enjoyed visiting.

Ahh, it's a mall. Single floor mall; no stairs or elevators or escalators. A few closed units (maybe things are in the works there?). Stereotypical stores and a few surprised. I bought a snack at the World Market place - that was fun. My son found all sorts of cool things at a 'things from around the world' shop (bags, trinkets, dust collectors, etc.). Nice owner too.

As a father of a 2-year-old and 11-month old, we mostly come for the children's play area. It's big and had a variety of things for the kids to climb over and under, but on busy days it doesn't seem very clean. Best to go on a weekday

This mall needs a makeover. Many stores have closed, and the replacement stores cater to certain people. I am not interested in the newer stores. The movie theater and food court are very good. It has some good stores, but it needs better more popular stores than some there. Generally the area is nice because you have Costco nearby and good restaurants around the edge of the mall. For the wealth of the neighborhood, you would expect a better mall.

It's hard to not provide a five star review. this is my review & why: Paradise Valley Mall is almost an icon. Only about 40/45 years ago it was a place that was in the middle of the desert where people had picnics, rode dirt bikes and campfires. It has good roots. Unfortunately the inside although Beautiful has similar loosely followed guidelines on what types of stores or shops are allowed. It reminds me a little bit of how Metro Center was similar and progressively seemed to spiral downhill to become a place only to be torn down. Many of the very good stores really have nice inventory/products/prices but the employees well if you questioning why they are there. I have asked several employees in several different stores for help locating shirts shoes etc. Only to be told with great sincerity that they had no idea I would have to just look around. It's important to point out that there are numerous stores that have excellent help and five star associates that are willing to search high and low for whatever merchandise you are looking for. The actual parking lot where you park your vehicle is very nice and smooth although there is a circular Parkway on the mall property that goes all the way around and you have to be careful of the potholes.
Some of the greatest attractions in my opinion at Paradise Valley Mall are the mainstays like Dillards, Picture show (A family run theater), The little Asian massage service directly across from Starbucks (incredible deep muscle massage for an amazingly low price), and I handful of other small shops that somehow have preserved great service and lots of choices.
All in all it would be unfair not to point out that brick-and-mortar retail is probably soon to be replaced by home delivery from Internet purchasing.

Smaller mall that is fairly open. One story. Carousel by the food area. Businesses change fairly rapidly here. Not sure if it is because the rent is excessive or just that businesses don't get as much traffic as they expect.

Good play area for toddlers and preschool age children. The height limit is 42 or 43 inches. There is a small theater and a parking garage, as well as a large parking lot. A Costco is just outside the mall proper, next to the Mesquite library.
