Nice cozy place to settle for coffee or a light breakfast. There's complimentary pitchers of ice water by the napkins and spoons, and they have a great selection of tea and coffee.

Nice and clean environment that is also supports a very welcoming atmosphere for groups, socializing or your private study time. Thanks for not being a snobby specialty coffee bar, you fit perfectly into the neighborhood!

Phoenix coffee is our favorite spot and the Coventry location has a special vibe. I don't know many places where the staff so visibly enjoys their customers and each other. This crew is a blast!

Really good place to have a coffee and work on your laptop. Staff is friendly and sometimes there is even live music. Really great!

This is my favorite local coffee chain in Cleveland. The drinks are excellent, the pastries are tasty, and the baristas are nice (unless you want a little sad sass with your coffee like me)

I love this place. I've been coming to Phoenix for over a decade, and couldn't imagine going anywhere else for coffee. Most of the staff is incredibly nice and knowledgeable. The variety of coffees they sell is amazing (in flavor and source*), and my car smells great on my way home from purchasing beans.

Love the people here, and their lattes are the absolute best. Speedballs will always hold a place in my heart. The only down side is that they've completely removed comfortable seating. It's a coffee shop guys, I want to be able to buy coffee after coffee while writing my 12-14 page grad school essays

I go here at least 3 times a week. So good. I highly recommend the Speedball for a chocolate lover, and the Better Morning Muffin is such a wonderful mix of fruits, nuts and vegetables. You can tell they make their pastries fresh everyday. The staff is always so nice and Phoenix is a comfortable place to meet a friend or catch up on work.
