Been coming here for years. Mike, Chris and the guys always take good care of me and are super honest about what my car needs or not. Prices are competitive, if not, lower than other places, and certainly lower than dealer. Been here for X5 maint., tires, brakes. Happy I have a go-to auto service place I trust.

You can't go wrong with a family owned business! Mike, Chris,Ted, and the entire crew are doing such a phenomenal job. Scott, I appreciate you for getting back to me so quickly via Yelp. They know the business and I am so happy that I was able to find them. In the Santa Monica area, it's rare to find such great prices like the ones at Pacific. Give yourself an hour and a half, the wait is totally worth it. There's a Starbucks, CVS, Sushi restaurant in the area so you have a lot to do as you wait. You guys have gained a loyal customer. Thank you!

Bad customer service on the phone. Tried to give this business my business on a quick repair, unwilling to work around business people schedules not for those who keep it tight schedule
All is well that ends well. After I discovered a tire with a nail in it this morning I called here to Pacific Coast to see if they could schedule me in for a repair in between my morning clients. I was told over the phone that my insignificant repair did not warn enough for an appointment and they could not secure me a time to come in. That was a risk I couldn't take as I might lose business cancelling clients around their work.
I was frustrated after getting off the phone but went down to the next entry on Google Maps for tires in the area and found Stokes Tire. They were able to commit a time when they could have my car done and I was able to get my tire fixed without missing any work.
As I write this my tire is getting fixed at Stokes and I'm not losing any business today thanks to them. Only a couple miles from Pacific Coast and much more accommodating!response / report this review -

Was not a costumer, but i was doing laundry next door. But this shop is so disrespectful for letting one of their costumers park at the laundrymot next door so the costumer can go to Costco. There is a bunch of people trying to do laundry and had to leave because there is no parking space. I dont know what this car shops relation to the laundry place but in my opinion it is very disrespectful to the community. 😑

This is the only place I take my car to be serviced, tires, and even have a guy that does detail and body work. I send all my family and friends here! They are quick friendly and know everything and anything there is to know about every Vehicle. Thanks guys you are the best!!

one of the best places to go to. we originally went to a competitor 2 miles west of this location and they gave us the run around and made us wait for 3 hours before lying about not being able to take off the tires
PACIFIC COAST TIRE took us right away did all 4 tires quickly, easily and painlessly ALSO THEY WERE ABOUT 80.00 CHEAPER THAN THE OTHER SHOP!!! you have to go here if you want your tires done RIGHT and done at a great price!response / report this review -

They are amazing! I would never take my car anywhere else. Trustworthy, affordable and the best service I've ever had! If I ever leave LA I will miss them more than my chiropractor.

These guys are amazing. Oil changes with coupons are cheapest in town. They rotate and inspect tires and brakes while at it. They are up front and honest, aren't trying to sell more than needed. Plus they make appointments and get the work done quickly.
