I purchased a certified pre-owned Lincoln MKZ and the experience was awesome. I arrived at Vista Ford minutes prior to closing and the staff were incredibly helpful and willing to stay until all of my needs were satisfied including filling up the tank with gas and detailing the car. Everyone there is professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful and pleasant. They do not use "hard core" selling tactics and made my experience enjoyable. I absolutely love my car and will purchase future vehicles from Vista Ford.

I just leased my third F150 from Vista Ford. The customer service here is outstanding from the salesman up to the General Manager. Each time I have I have called my salesman Danny O'Kane, he has found exactly what I have been looking for and made sure my experience was nothing short of easy and pleasant. The people in the service department are friendly and happy to help whenever I'm in for a new hat, service or ordering something extra for the truck. The dealership is beautiful and spotless with an really nice lounge!

Shady sales people. We negotiated a price, they even wrote it down on paper. Then when it came time for financing the price suddenly went up. They threw on a warranty, low jack and raised the price without asking. After looking through all the numbers carefully I realized they had increased the price of the truck several thousand dollars. They did not expect me to read all the fine print and do the simple math. Eventually they admitted the price they wrote down was too low and they'd never sell it for that price. This dealer will try to trick you, and are not honest. Make sure all your numbers match up!!!!!!!!

Long time customer of Vista Ford. We've always been treated by the staff, from the porters to the service writers to the cashiers, with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. Our last service was for our 2012 Fusion, a very low mileage daily driver. The service was completed promptly and the car returned washed and ready to go in just a couple of hours. My hats off to the service crew who did an always fantastic job.

This is the second time I have bought from Vista Ford! Our salesman this time was Dylan Nelson and he was a pleasure to work with. He made the entire process pleasant, no pressure tactics, and answered all our questions with good answers and humor! A lot better than the arrogant attitude of one of the other Ford dealers in the area.

Ken Neumeyer is the greatest man to know there at Vista Ford. I got my 2015 Explorer from Ken along with my brand new F-150 truck. Unbeatable - FAST service. Extremely pleasant and the best deal you can find out of all the Ford dealers in the Valley. If you need a truck or a large SUV he is the guy! I would give 6 stars if I could. Thanks Ken!

If I could give them less, I would. I came to the dealership already knowing the specific car I wanted. I was directed to an agent, and I proceeded to tell him what it was I wanted. His reaction to my directness was condescending. Perhaps he doesn't get many females purchasing cars by themselves. I told him how I felt by his comments and he went on to tell me what a superior sales person he was and he couldn't care less if he made a sale with me. He said it wouldn't make him any happier. I asked to see another sales person and that agent wasn't much better. Hence, they didn't get my business. I would never go back.

I was very pleased with the service I received. Jack, my service advisor, was very attentive. I was able to have both of the recall repairs that I came in for done in one day, and Jack called to let me know that the car was ready by mid-afternoon, which he had hoped would be the case. I purchased a new 2017 Ford Focus for my granddaughter on June 24. I was pleased at how smoothly the process went. The salesman, Steve Paul, was a delight to deal with. I highly recommend him because of his low key negotiating manner. My only negative comment is that it took an exorbitant amount of time to do complete the paperwork after I accepted Vista's offer.

I went to look at Ford after my family has always purchased Ford vehicles and loved them. I went online looking for any memorial day promotions and was directed to Dylan. He told me to come in at anytime and he would help to find the right vehicle for me! I was between the Ford Fusion and the Ford Escape. After taking the Escape for a test drive my mind was made up! Dylan was straight to the point with any questions we had and stayed within our budget as many other salesmen at other dealerships totally disregarded. Making our first time leasing much easier for us future parents! We will definitely be back for our next Ford purchase.

Also the tall dude in finance was cool and funny too. Apparently not enough to remember his name cause I don't. Sorry! Thanks for all the hard work though!
