  I have brought my car to this Jiffy Lube for years now and after today’s service I will never bring it back again. The employees were rude, they didn’t complete the job I paid for and did not wash windows or vacuum the floors, And they lied about the availability of the $15 off coupon online. Overpriced at best, but when they can’t even complete the basic requirements it’s a total rip off.

  DO NOT USE THIS JIFFY LUBE FOR YOUR A/C. They did a test on my A/C and said it was all good so that they could recharge the system. Well 3 weeks later same problem so I took it to a real AC shop and both the condenser and compressor were bad!!!!! RIP OFF!!!!!!!

  Okay these guys were so AMAZING! My family and I were out of town, when our brakes decided to go out. Literally metal against metal. And we didn't know anybody that could help us. I was a mom by myself with four kids, in a totally different state. Well we barely made it to this Jiffy Lube right after it closed. They could have just turned us away. It was the weekend, and they probably wanted to get back to their families. But Anthony, the mechanic, stayed for four hours after closing, fixing our brakes. We had a giant SUV, and he put sooooo much work into fixing it. He had to call around to other auto shops to get the right parts and tools, and I just feel so blessed that someone could see that we were in trouble, and stay after, till almost 11 o'clock at night to help my family and I. And he called in 2 other employees and asked them to come help, and they both willingly dropped whatever they were doing to come help. It was a really hard job, and they could have just said come back tomorrow, but they are amazing. I don't know what would have happened if they turned us away. They worked so hard! They didn't even take a break to eat dinner. They truly are amazing, and I'm so grateful for them.

  Disappointing. Went for an oil change and nothing else. They told me I had a transmission and rear main seal oil leak on my car. They told me they put washer fluid in when they didn't. Was still empty after I drove away.
  
  When my car was ready to go my skidplate was just sitting there laying on the ground. I was like "Hey! What about my skidplate!" And they were like "oh sorry.."
  
  So after that I went to a mechanic to check out the issues they said about my car. I had no transmission leak and the only thing that was leaking was the drain plug. A freaking drain plug! The mechanic I went showed me everything underneath my car too.
  
  The people that work here aren't mechanics. That's something you all need to know about places like this. They don't care about their job or the customer. All they try to do is sell things you don't need for your car. So be careful and watch everything they do. Don't be fooled by their fake smiles and words

  So glad I came here! Staff was very friendly, polite, and professional! I was luckily the only one here at the time but they worked on my car in a timely manner. I was in and out in 20 minutes. Definitely coming back here again.
