Ordered rims over the weekend. Found out a legit brand of the the same rim for cheaper, decided to cancel in less than 24 hours. They hit me with a restocking fee of 80$ to return or cancel the order. Heads up, check your resources.

Bought a set of xxr 002.5 flat black/bronze during their summer sale. Came in super quick.
Got the wheels for about 350 CAD compared to 650 or 700 from Canada.response / report this review -

I purchased a set of xxr wheels along with a wheel installation kit. They arrived promptly and all in great shape. At the time I was waiting on a bolt pattern adaptor kit to come in from another party so that I would be able to mount the wheels to my 944. When the adaptors never made it I attempted to return the wheels to next level as they hadn't even been removed from the box. I had apparently passed the 14 return period and was told there was nothing they could do for me even after I had explained my situation. I wouldn't buy from these guys again espeacially if you aren't 100% certain about the wheels you are buying.

Ordered a couple sets of wheels from here before but won't be anymore. Recently ordered 4 wheels, one showed up a completely different finish than the others. When the customer support department finally responded they said they'd look into it, after another week of them looking into it they sent me a return shipping label. After all of this hassle from their mess up, they offered no credit on the one wheel or any compensation for their mess up and took forever to take care of the problem. A major customer service and fulfillment let down.

Purchased a set of XXR527 wheels for my Focus RS. Not a lot of options for 5x108 but NLM had a good selection of colors and sizes for this particular wheel. They also happens to have the best price. They also offered a great deal on their installation kit which included hubcentric rings, valve stems, and lug nuts. I didn't need the lug nuts but for $25, the deal was too good to pass up. Everything shipped immediately followed by tracking and follow up communication. Each wheel was well packaged. The last 2 sets of wheels I had purchased from other vendors all arrived with some sort of damage, but these arrived without a scratch. I look forward to ordering my next set of wheels from these guys. Great place to do business with. Thanks!!

Horribe, ordered rims during sema and took a week before they would responed. I tried calling, emailing and writing them on their website. I order the inncorrect rim on NOV 2 and tried and contact them immediately with no response. Did not receive a refund till DEC 6, and i still had to pay a restocking fee and shipping. I your wanting to order anything from Next Level Motoring please reconsider and order with someone else with better customer services, you will save money in the long run.
