We were at Outback to celebrate with a family member. He got a large Porterhouse steak, and he was very pleased with it. I got a smaller sirloin steak. It came a little more done than I had ordered, a little dry, and over-seasoned. When I order a steak, I prefer to taste the meat, not just the rub. Service was good, atmosphere perfect for our purposes.

Good food, nice atmosphere in bar and dining rooms. Good friendly service, eager to get what each person wanted ever adjusting the menu to suit. Price reasonable for an upscale national chain.

Great service great food. We have 4 children ages from 8 months to 9 yrs old. I usually give our server a break if things are misunderstood or there is some confusion. Its not hard when you have 4 young children. Our server was great. Was great with the kids and kept our drinks full.

Food was not cooked correctly. Under cooked pork. Waitress was less than attentive. Maybe just a bad night. When cooked correctly it was very tasty.

Our night started with a very unpleasant greeting from the hostess stand and I was ready to turn around and walk out the door. After seating ourselves in the bar we received prompt and courteous service from our server A. She made our dining experience excellent, without knowing of our previous issue. The food was delicious and plentiful and the drinks were never empty. The manager was already aware of the front door issues and is in the process of addressing them. Thanks to the manager and especially our server A, we will be returning.

Great experience with staff and atmosphere.
BUT! I really wish there were a few more choices that we're not so spicy. I had the delicious baked potato soup. Just don't like coming because everything is too spicy for me. Family enjoys it.

Great location! Brandon Ulerick (the manager) is awesome and helpful. He is very polite and professional and will help you with anything you need. The customer service at the location is top notch. I work in the hospitality industry so I know a thing or two. This place is great, they are super nice and attentive. Hats off to the employees at this location and the manager who runs the place!

The server was not listening to my order, he seemed distracted. He brought what he thought I ordered, anyway. Once I got my order, the steak tacos, the quality of the meat was low. It was like someone trimmed a steak, then grilled the trimmings and made my tacos. Service was slow, for a Saturday at 1 pm. The place was basically empty. Worst service I have ever had at this chain. I will not be returning.

Outback is my husband 's favorite restaurant so we have been to many of them. We were passing through Indiana and decided to stop. This is one of the best Out backs we have ever been too. My husband is disabled & can't stand.! They seated us immediately seeing he couldn't walk. Our server and the staff were extremely accommodating to his dietary needs. Food was excellent, & service was subperb. Thanks again you should be really proud.

Not too bad, however, too much "seasoning" which seemed like just salt on top of salt on all the meat items. I ordered a medium well sirloin which was cooked perfect, and my guest had the lobster tail. When we told the waiter who was very nice and did a pretty good job, he apologized and asked if I wanted a new streak re-done with less seasoning. Since we had a toddler who was pretty much over the whole dinner by that time I opted for nothing so we could just go before the baby started throwing a giant fit. The manager who was also very nice came by to apologize and said they use a bunch of different seasonings and the waiter should have advised this as some people think it's too much. And she took off the steak, we did let her know that the lobster also seemed the same way, and apparently they use the same seasoning on that too. I have not been to an outback steakhouse in many years, but omg the few bites I had of steak burned all the taste buds off my tongue! And my guest also felt as if her tongue was tore up. I even explained to the manager that I have never ate at a steakhouse where the seasoning was so salty you could not taste the meat. Since most people I would think would like to enhance the meats flavor and not kill it with over seasoning. The mashed potatoes were also cold but the waiter brought some warmer ones that weren't as hard. And they over friend my toddlers chicken, but came out and told us of the mistake and said they had put new chicken tenders in already, yet he was the last to even get his food. So I would be willing to try again without the seasoning as my steak cut nicely and was perfectly cooked medium well and would have been pretty good I think minus the salt. The sampler we got left something to be desired as did the sides. The selections available as far as meats go weren't too bad, sides and other options were limited, and for the price it's comparable to other steakhouse restaurants but a little higher.

As someone who has worked in the food industry, I don't often give 5 stars. Jessica O. was my server and she went above and beyond to take care of our table. We never had to ask for a refill and we enjoyed her fun bubbly personality. Great food and great service! Make sure to ask for her if you visit!
