Made appointment, not on time, no call. When called him he,s running behind and office should have called me to let me know. Ask me do I want to make another appointment. Customer service means everything. That's one job you lost. Probably not the first, and won't be the last.

Responded to email inquiry very quickly with phone call and estimate. Electrician was professional, courteous and did fantastic work. Estimate was spot on and they didn’t try to tack on extras. 10/10 would recommend!
