Today I received a special delivery. The lady said they were supposed to be delivered tomorrow but she said she thought I needed them on my birthday. So she took the delivery to me on her way home today. It truly made my day. Thank you for always delivering beautiful flowers and smiles! You will forever be my florist!

I had tried using 1-800 Flowers and it was an absolute and complete fail. I called My Lady's Florist and asked for same day, quick delivery, and they were able to get a beautiful bouquet out to the recipient within the hour. I'm very grateful for them and their service as this day was a very important day to me and the recipient. Forever grateful.

Floral arrangement was "OK" but not for 130 bucks. Seemed rushed . I figured it would be good especially coming back after a few hours to pick them up. When i got home i rearranged them myself. Im not one who complains. I just feel like u should get what u pay for.I also will give credit that it was a busy holiday.

I was in a pinch needed same day service. My sisters and I had planned my moms 50th birthday party and we ordered flowers online through sams club and the day of the party they tel my sister they lost the flowers in the mail. Needless to say we were pressed for time and needed a quick replacement. The staff at my lady's flowers are wonderful! They had what I needed and even discounted my purchase not once but twice! It took me 5 minutes in the state to get the flowers! I recommend this flower shop to ANYONE so helpful!

Family and I went into this florist for Funeral Flowers. Not something we've done before. An older lady waited on us (with some help from a gentleman.) Before we were done, I wanted to give her a hug for the care and kindness she showed us. We were all pretty much bawling our eyes out. If it wasn't for her caring patience, we'd have made a mess of things. The Flowers? Gorgeous Gorgeous Gorgeous All sorts of little touches that we didn't even expect.

I went into this florist looking to have a special item made. The young lady (Haley?) politely told me that the designers were all busy at that time and that I could pick out something from their floral cooler or if I could come back they'd have my order ready later in the day. My first thought was "To Busy To Make My Order? Don't they want my money?" She went on to explain that the designers were in the midst of a last minute rush funeral order. I opted to find out if patience was indeed a virtue. GUESS WHAT IT IS!! Not only did they make me a gorgeous arrangement, they also upgraded the arrangement for my trouble! So a little patience does pay off.especially in all the compliments I received on the flowers. Thanks My Lady's Florist!!

This place has the best flowers and price hands down. I learned about them while observing their work at a funeral I recently attended. Their flowers stood out from the crowd. So next time I needed flowers, I decided to go there and check them out. Staff was friendly, courteous and extremely helpful. My old florist of 30 years is history as compared to their prices and value for your money. Naturally they take phone orders but their store is big and has a nice selection of ready to go bouquets as well.
