Hands down the absolute best pedicure I have ever had. I will definitely be going back. A spa like atmosphere at the same prices as the dirty nail salon shops nearby. This place is spotless, relaxing, beautifully decorated, BUT difficult to find in the strip mall. You really have to look hard for the sign.

Worth every penny. I had a message from Larry, it was so relaxing and enjoyable. Then I had a pedicure from Nadiya which was also relaxing and my toes turned out cute

It doesn't matter who you go to here, they always do an amazing job. I've been going here for 3 years now and have been impressed since day one. I never feel pressured to buy products like other salons. I leave relaxed and feeling pretty every time. Personally, I recommend Belinda though. She always takes her time when she does my hair. Her passion for her work shows through!

I went to Polished Outlook and had the best experience I have ever had in a salon. The new owner Nadiya has really transformed the salon into a place of complete pampering, relaxation and top notch customer service. Belinda colored my hair for the first time and has definintely gained a new loyal client. She not only colored my hair exactly how I wanted, she took the time to talk with me about how to care for my hair properly and her knowledge on hair care definitly has transformed my hair. I also received a pedicure from Larry and it was nothing less that pure relaxation. He makes your entire experience worth remembering and your feet stay unbelieveably soft for weeks! I usually get pedicures done at a nail salon and Larry definitely blew them out of the water. The front desk receptionist was as sweet as can be and was so helpful with booking the appointment. I instantly felt welcomed the moment I walked through the door. The entire team at Polished Outlook has gained a loyal client and I am so thankful to have found a salon that knows how to properly care for their clients!

One of the best hair salons in Milford, hands down! I was already impressed when I checked out their website and liked that I could read about their stylists and their experience and qualifications. When I came in, I received top notch service and my cut and color was exquisite! I'm usually used to big, loud salons with a lot of stylists and assistants running around, this was not the case. This is a small salon with only a few master stylists in a private atmosphere. Loved the service and the products they carry. Highly recommend!

Love this place! If you're looking for a professional salon & spa with unique services and an exceptional customer service, this is it!!! They really listen to their clients and always do a beautiful job with cuts and color. I have tried several of their stylists and love how each one is unique in their own way of doing hair. I've recommended family members and friends and they've always been very pleased. They also offer one of the best facials I have ever had! Always A+ in my book!

I love this salon and spa! I visited the salon to receive Keratin treatment and had four star service throughout my entire treatment. Alina was very welcoming when I arrived for my appointment, and my hair stylist was really friendly and helpful! I was a little nervous to try Keratin since it was my first time, but my stylist answered all the questions I had and was very knowledgable of the treatment. I will definitely book all future salon and spa appointments with Polished Outlook!
