Room was nice, besides the fallen tree In front of my balcony view which I paid 280 bucks for 2 nights. Close to the main. St. But definitely had a cheesy tourist feel. Still, would recommend

Stayed 3 nights there and we loved it. Clean and cozy. You can tell it’s a remodeled older hotel but they did a great job. I agree with some of the other reviews about the thin walls but it did not bother us while we were in the room but could see where it could be an issue if kids were next door. Rooms could use some more lighting but they still get 5 stars.

Loved every minute of our stay. Hotel is walking distance to most attractions in town. Our room overlooked the river, we kept the door open to hear the water when we weren't out there. Inside the fireplace provided ambiance. Beds were comfy although some might find them a little firm. Breakfast buffet was good, but I do recommend getting down there before 9am as there is limited seating and it gets really crowded. Staff was super friendly and helpful with all our needs and offered excellent recommendations. Pictures are views from our balcony.

We have stayed at the hotel for 15 years and have never had a bad stay. It is just off the main drive through Gatlinburg so it is quiet and close to the mountains. Rooms are comfortable, very clean, staff is professional and helpful. The breakfast is good and plentiful. I would recommend this place to all my family and friends.

Love it here. Will definitely come back. Creak running under my back porch is great, and calming. Staff is friendly and the evening check in/out guy made me laugh (even after a stressed 5 hour drive). Breakfast was good and the location was perfect. 1 min walk to the strip, 10 to the aquarium.

Just stayed here for 3 nights and it is a wonderful place to stay! Rooms are very clean, the beds are comfortable and the rooms are big! The staff here is very friendly and absolutely WONDERFUL!!! Anything at all you need, they get it for you! I have stayed at a lot of different hotel/motels here in Gatlinburg and this place by far is the best I have stayed in! Exceptional customer service!!!

Great Place! One of the best I've stayed at in every aspect. Very accessible to the main street in Gatlinburg. Walking distance to just about everything. Great Service! Friendly and Helpful Staff. Nice and Quiet, thick walls, never heard a neighbor. VERY comfortable beds and great hot tub! ABOVE Excellent Continental Breakfast! Rooms are great, beautiful, and roomy with nice private balconies overlooking a large creek. Highly recommended and will return!

Great location to downtown Gatlinburg, just at the beginning of the town. However everything is within walking distance throughout. The hotel has nice warm cookies every evening after 4pm and the free breakfast is a actually pretty good for Continental . Rooms are nice a neat with a rustic vibe.We would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I stayed here for the weekend to celebrate our One year Wedding Anniversary and we loved it. Rooms are very nice and clean and the staff were all really nice! It's also nice to be within walking distance to everything so we don't have to find a place to park. We will definitely be staying here again when we come back!
