Every single time I call to make an appointment they never have anything available to schedule ahead of time. They always say I have to call the morning of to make an appointment which is VERY inconvenient for me and trying to take off work to get into the doctor. They always say I should just try the walk-in clinic in Paola but that is not right They are my primary doctor so I should be able to see them! I shouldn't always have to go to the walk-in clinic. I complain but they never seem to care at all. This is ridiculous customer service! :( Very unhappy and irritated.

The staff is great, they can get you in on short notice, and rarely do you sit in the waiting room for more that 15 minutes.

There is a Physicians assistant there that doesn't like to give antibiotics. She feels they are over used which I understand. I took my 4 yr old in recently and she declared her to have a virus and told me if she wasn't better by Friday or had new symptoms to call. I did that because her fevers started spiking up to 104 and her face and head hurt and she had green snot. She kept me waiting all day to tell me she wouldn't give her an antibiotic she still felt like it was viral. I went to another Dr at another clinic and got her some antibiotics and after only 3 doses her fever finally broke and she was eating and playing again. This tells me she needed the antibiotic. She has also done this to my husband 3 times. We will never go back to Louisburg clinic again. My poor baby was made to suffer for a cause this woman believes in. Its fine to have convictions but when they are used to make a child suffer they should be reexamined.
