Do not recommend Vincent. As a previous review stated, she is impersonal and makes you feel lesser than. We’ve had multiple bad experiences since we started going 2.5yrs ago. I would stay away from this practice.

I don’t recommend Vincent. She’s impersonal and makes you feel like you’re lesser than. I refuse to go to her even when my doctor is unavailable.
We switched to Dr.Kinnane and could not be happier. Completely different experience. All questions answered and down-to-earth mentality.
This office is very personable in general. I’d avoid Vincent and go with a different doctor. There was a reason why she was the only one taking new patients when we first started going there.response / report this review -

Honestly, you’d think for a pediatric clinic, that more of their doctors would know how to have a better bedside manner, or try to gain a child’s trust before jumping in and touching them or doing uncomfortable procedures. Talk to the kids. Explain that you are trying to help them. My experience today was beyond frustrating.. the only thing that happened today that I couldn’t do myself, was looking in their ears. I understand that doctors are not all knowing. But when I ask for medical advice, and the answer is “probably,” multiple times, how is paying for these services justified? I also shouldn’t have to offer a diagnoses to get a possible answer.

I enjoy taking my daughter here! The lady at the check in desk, nurses and doctor are really friendly and welcoming. My daughter likes her doctor! However my last visit here left me in sorrow. I have had ongoing medical issues that led to me having to get a hysterectomy and that also make me bloat and the check out lady proceeded to ask my daughter if she was going to be a big sister! Now I realize I look pregnant but NEVER assume someone is pregnant just because they look like it! If you don't know for certain KEEP YOUR MOUTH SHUT!!! Thanks for getting my child excited about something that is never going to happen and most importantly thanks for the reminder that I will never be able to carry a child again! So rude!!! Never assume!

We have been at Mid Kansas for 6 years now and I couldn't be happier. They answer all my questions in such a timely manner. They are all extremely nice to my kiddos. We have a preemie and how they handle her is wonderful! We especially love Dr. Bowen and his nursing staff. They are always helpful and take the time answer my questions even when I have called everyday that week! Both locations are extremely clean and well taken care of. We never wait over 15 minutes. We can almost always get same day appointments when needed.
