  We had another positive experience with Coastal ENT. The staff is friendly especially the medical staff. They are very child friendly and professional. It wasn’t a long waiting time. The examining rooms were very cold, my child was shivering, The staff apologized for it.

  I was very happy with the service at the office, the staff was very professional and helpful. Dr. J.Seth McAfee was extremely nice, helpful and professional. I am recommending this group to anyone who is interested.

  Staff is always pleasant and courteous. Dr. Charlotte Parker audiologist is very competent and patient with me. Dr. Bones is also competent and patient. I always have a good experience at Coastal Ear Nose and throat.

  There is extremely poor customer service at the Neptune office. They cancelled my mother’s appointment without even a phone call to explain why. Had they been diligent and caring enough to speak with someone this issue could have been resolved. Instead of me finding out the day before or possible the day of by showing up without even knowing. So glad I called!
