Dr Slaymaker is great with our kids. They used to be pretty slow for appointments but in the last year have done a lot of work to make things run more efficiently. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a pediatrician in the area.
Dr Pierson is personable, attentive , and very knowledgeable. She explains things that both parent and child can understand their health and well being. The nurses are all wonderful! The front desk staff over last year have gotten so much better, they have new staff that are nicer and more helpful. We’ve seen other APRN providers here as well and they’re great.
We been going here for 3 years now and think they are doing a good job. Loves getting a coin for the toy despencer for after apt great touch for the littles.
Every time I call this office. The office staff is so rude and unprofessional. The only thing that has kept me here so far is Dr. Slaymaker and the fact he doesn’t require vaccinations to be seen here. I called about my two boys being very ill today and the only solution for me was to go to urgent care since their walk in hours stop at 12pm. No offer to speak to a nurse to even see if that’s necessary. This is not the first time they have been so unhelpful, rude, and borderline negligent. Premier Pediatrics office staff is amazing and so are their doctors, I will probably return there even if it means I have to keep up with vaccines.
I'm actually writing this from the waiting room, because I have that much time. We love our doctor here, but the wait times are absolutely ridiculous. I'm sad that we're essentially being forced to find a new provider for our two girls because a typical doctor's appointment has become so disruptive to our lives. We have to carve out half a day just for a wellness visit. That kind of time commitment affects the entire rest of the day and we, the parents, have to deal with the aftermath of infants/toddlers who ultimately miss naptimes and meals. This practice needs to either stop taking new patients, get a new practice manager, or both.
