The store is going out of business and yet their prices are still very high and they have no organization whatsoever. I would recommend the Target just across from this location or one of the other office stores along 23rd Street.

I bought a supposedly new computer from this store and was highly disapointed when I got home to find it used and locked, preventing it from being used by me. It was locked and the management while agreeing to exchange the computer, did not offer any satisfactory explanation of why this issue could occur. I had to drive 30 minuets back to the store and was then told that my exchange computer was not ready for me to leave with. No discount was offered even after asking about one, the manager said his job was more important to him than my happiness as a customer. Due to this major inconvenience I was without a computer when I needed one.

Employees were very friendly, thanked me for coming in. Store was clean and well stocked.

A bit of a line at the fax machine but overall decent service. They have an Android tablet selection surprisingly similar to Best Buy and of course all the office supplies you could ever need.
