If you did not buy your dress from this store, they refuse any services they offer. Such as alterations or even a simple dress steaming. Please understand I would have been more than happy to pay for the alterations and the steaming but the employees would not allow me to make an appointment, they refused to all services since I did not buy my dress from them. This strongly discourages myself from ever wanting to do business with this company. Honestly, having the mother of the bride dress steamed would have take five minutes.

I am new to the area so was unsure about where to go to find a formal gown for a Christmas party. When I entered Dream Gowns I was greeted warmly and shown to the area where I could look for an appropriate dress. Courtney was my sales assistant and she was very professional, helpful and patient. I did find a beautiful dress that I will be proud to wear to our first formal event in our new city. I will definitely be back whenever I need another dress.

Not impressed. My future daughter in law called ahead for appt and to ask about a specific dress she had seen elsewhere. It was obvious no effort had been made to find the dress. The whole experience here was like shopping at Marshalls. Check the rack, only try on your size, with very little interaction from the staff. We know nothing about wedding dresses or what might look best in late afternoon sun and evening reception. None of that was even brought up. The girl really didn't keep track of our likes and we had to ask to retry one we liked a lot. About half way thru, another family came in and sat a 12 yo boy on the chairs across from all the dressing rooms. It was most inappropriate. Too bad this is the only bridal shop near her home. I guess we will add the expense of travel for dress shopping to a professional bridal shop.

Bought my wedding dress here in 1976. Then years later, I bought a dress to wear to my oldest son's wedding. Must be a great store. Been there forever😘😘

The young woman that worked with me was very nice and I had fun. They were polite and she came up with some fun ways to describe some of the dresses. At first I didn't think they had anything for me but once the woman got an idea of what I liked, I had at least 6 dresses to try on, she found the perfect viel, a crown and extra bedazzling to add. I loved it.

THANK GOODNESS I NEVER HAVE TO STEP FOOT IN THE STORE AGAIN! THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS FROM GREETINGS, TO NO CALL ON PICK UP, TO REPAIRS ON A HOOK, AND AT THE END TO END UP WITH A BIG ASS SAFETY PIN AND A RIBBON TO HOLD IT TOGETHER! I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE EVER! 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎 THE OWNER IS A LIAR WHO SWORE SHE SEEN A HOOK BEING PLACED WHERE THERE WAS NONE, AND DANIELLE IS A JOKE WHO LACKS SERIOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE / SUPERVISOR SKILLS! I went to so many different shops, and my experience at Dream Gowns was incredible! The gowns are gorgeous and you can find them in ALL price ranges. Just be thorough when looking!
Tona was the one who helped me, and she was perfect!! She listened very carefully to what I wanted and picked out the most
amazing dresses. She was so patient and sweet. She seemed to truly care about making sure I was comfortable and felt beautiful. And I finally said yes to the dress!! This stop is definitely a must!response / report this review -

I purchased my wedding dress and bridesmaids dresses here a while back. I am in a wedding and wanted to buy my dress through you, however you are not able to buy the designer that I needed. I drove all the way to Destin and had a HORRIBLE experience and REFUSED to purchase my dress there and give them business. In a bind I called the store and they were more then willing to help me. Lindsey was my girl!!! She was awesome, patient and VERY FRIENDLY. I always have a great experience in the store. She helped me take my measurements and pulled some dresses in a similar designer to let me try on. I very much wish I could have purchased my dress from your store!! Thank you for all the help and I will be back to purchase more dresses in the future whenever I need one!!

Cindy's is an amazing consignment shop. Some prices are a bit higher than need be butshe does wonderful business & staff is amazing. Love the clothes I've bought there.

Dream Gowns deserves more that five stars. My best friend had a destination wedding on Panama City Beach and discovered, when getting dressed, that the corset straps to her dress were missing. We reached out to them and they had several straps to us in less than 30 minutes. She had a perfect sunset wedding. I highly recommend Dream Gowns.
