Received great service from RV Trax! Had an issue with one of my RV slides and Ron promptly ordered a new motor to be installed upon my arrival in town. He also worked with my extended warranty company to get most of the cost covered. In addition he helped me diagnose an unrelated electrical issue and identified a temporary work-around so I could keep my coach (a 2013 Newmar DS) operational until I can have the inverter/charger rebuilt. Ron is very knowledgeable and provided excellent service!!

These folks are great. Camping World told me our fridge was working fine at 42 degrees. Another company couldn't find time to bother to come out. These folks came out promptly and properly diagnosed the problems immediately then called to update us on the parts that had to be ordered and then promptly came out and completed the repair. Top Notch customer service and expertise.

This one person operation does on-site repairs and does have a lot of parts. He is good, reliable and honest. Wished he was located in my area.

The best RV Service we've had! We're full time RVers & it's hard to get the work done & live in it at the Same time. This company will come to you!. However, we were taking our car & going on a short trip so we left our RV at their shop for the work. Ron was great to work with. Before we brought it, he called to let us know the parts had arrived. While he was doing the work, he kept us updated & worked with our extended warranty company. The work was done quickly &correctly & the RV was clean inside when we picked it up. Unfortunately we don't stay in the Panama City, Destin area, but I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing RV repair. He showed me his mobil truck & he carries just about any part you would need for onsite service.
