These guys are wonderful from sales to shop. All great and more than willing to do anything they can to make you happy with your purchase or just coming in to browse. I bought my trike there a couple weeks ago and it has been an awesome experience. They get all my business and anyone else I can send there way.
I’m from Tampa and was on a bike trip. Riding my 2014 Harley-Davidson Ultra Limited. We stopped in Panama City Beach Harley-Davidson. What a great Dealership. The staff was so friendly!! I recommend to all my fellow riders to make it a destination stop!!!!
Rented a Road Glide for the day since I left my Road King at home for vacation. Little did I know that I would leave the dealership not with just a rented bike, but a new friend too. Balham is the best!!! So easy to talk to and full of questions so he can suit your needs. What a great place. I will definitely be back next time I am down and recommend them to anybody out there in the area.
Harley Davidson of Panama City can't be beat!!! Bam Bam greeted us at the door. He gave us a store tour and was able to answer all of our questions. We had a great time exploring the store and property for hours. The photo booth was a hit! We will make sure to visit again!!! Definitely buying our next bike at Harley Davidson of Panama City!
My husband and I love this dealership!!! Since the day we walked in and bought our 2017 Road Glide they have been WONDERFUL!!! They have the best customer service of any Harley dealership we have ever been in. Thank you for making us feel like we matter.
This is our 18th dealership destination that we've been to in the last three to four weeks traveling across the South-East portion of America. This dealership is got a lot going on all the time. It's clean, courteous, friendly and moderately priced. However best of all as an American Veteran they support our men and women in our armed services. We're Homeward Bound now TY for another great experience. ~V.
I've been to lots of Harley-Davidson stores but this one was definitely the friendliest. I had watched some of their videos on YouTube and saw they had a bike I was interested in so I stopped in. Showroom was awesome, they treated me like a friend and let me check out all the bikes without pressuring me to buy. I got a price and bought a few shirts and now just have to make a decision. Can't wait to go back. Love this place!
This Harley Davidson location has been active for approximately 4+ years as part of a Harley Davidson Florida Group at this posting time.
The facilities are a super clean attraction with a super friendly and accommodating staff.
The service department is exceptional and attentively mindful to the consumers needs verbatim, and concise. "Special thanks to Mr Matt" for his attentiveness during the servicing of two of my Harley's.
The clothing sales reps and parts department are progressively knowledgeable and suggestive in their products. Thanks to Mr Mike for exceeding my expectations and needs as a parts consumer.
The motorbike floor sales staff are eloquently concise, knowledgeable and quick to point out feature differences with the new motorbikes line up as well as matching the consumers riding needs. Special thanks to "Kenny"
The location offers what they term "a riders endorsement" course which is a Harley riders edge schooling designed to prepare a person for passing the state endorsement exam for MC.
Popcorn, coffee, cookies, soft drink, frozen soft drinks and pool are complimentary to all customers, riders, owners and potential Harley motorbike owners;
In addition to, multiple events, weekend lunch grilling and movie nights during summer and cooler temps.
The grounds feature ample parking, safe exit to traffic merging onto route 98, attentiveness to rider parking needs, outdoor seating areas, a dry lounge with a stone fireplace, a stage, lawn and pond.
The team inclusive is committed to an overall positive experience. This is my home away from home during runs or while riding out. Their commitment to resolve misunderstandings is appreciated.
Pricing at PCB Harley is comparable to industry standards; In essence, you get what you pay for, quality of service and merchandise as well as the peace of mind backed up by a large corporation with a solid history.
Visit this attraction during bike week, follow the rules of the road, engage, and be safe.

I went to the PCB Harley Davidson dealer this past Saturday to look at the hundreds of bikes as I approached the building this man runs out screaming hey we are closed we are closed and doing the drag your hand across your throat sign. Was not so bad at first but he continued to yell at me and tell me they were closed I tried at first to explain I only wanted to look at the one bike in the front of the tent out beside the road but he continued to yell we are closed and make his gesture. I became agitated and told him off I probably was wrong for that but the " get the hell out of here" attitude was not appreciated I realize that they were setting up but there were employees everywhere and it was about 5:30 so it was broad daylight. I apologize for becoming irate but as a loyal now former customer I would think there would be a much different way to find out what someone might need especially at the early beginning of bike week. I really enjoyed most of my experiences there but this one was the final straw . Hire people who are more interested in selling or helping than yelling at your customers .
Great customer service and nice staff. Very nice place and environment. Would definitely consider buying from them over my local dealer.
Very nice Harley shop with a live band playing outside in a pavillion. Plenty of bikes to oogle over.
The other weekend at the dealership they had a mandatory all team meeting while waiting for Karen to get done Randy the GM asked around the room if any of the managers had anything to add that's when Josh the sales manager started to talk and give them a pep talk it was thee best pep talk I've ever heard from anyone, it wasn't negative and was very moving and I'm not even a team member, Kudos on the pep talk Josh. Then Karen volunteered to take some new cold weather gear to the local HOG chapter meeting and do a show and tell to the members well it must have been a good show as after the meeting the HOG members came to the dealership and purchased and checked out all the gear she showed at the meeting, shes a top notch seller and knows her stuff as they say she can sell snow to an Eskimo and know's the right snow to sell
Took my bike in for 5000 mile service. Matt Sharp is my service contact. He remembered me and my bike from just one prior visit. Impressive! He took the time with me to ensure I felt valued as his customer. So important! He remembered every little detail of our conversation about my concerns and they were all addressed. Joey Frye performed the work on my bike. Excellent job Joey, thank you. I will request you for future service visits. Ace Adams and Russ Roy did the clean up and detail work. Thank you for your attention to detail. That means so much to get on a clean Harley, drive away and get the looks from folks as you drive down the road that makes me the owner proud of my purchase choice. Vrod Quick jumped in with Matt to help expedite closure on my service visit and she gave me valuable information as a Harley owner. I give all of them a 10 for customer service and taking the time to make me feel valued and important.
