This is a nice facility (appearance wise) and they have recently done some remodeling. If you are looking for office space and a good visual appearance is important to you then this building may be an option, however there are much more visually appealing locations. Mercedes Benz USA is currently leasing office space here but they are moving on. I'm not sure if they were happy here but wouldn't be surprised if they weren't. I have been leasing office space in this building for about a year now. Early on in my lease, I noticed many others not renewing their leases. I now understand why. The management group here is not the most professional to deal with. The Regus employees at this location are also unprofessional. It doesn't appear that they value the people who are doing business with them. I will not be renewing because there are far too many options in the perimeter area that I'm sure would be much more pleasant to do business with.

The biggest RIP OFF ever. They will bill you secretly and keep doing it until you catch them. They will keep disclosing you the hidden costs as you struggle to do business and they see now you depend on them. I guarantee that you will end up having dispute with them and they will always winbecause they have your SSN and they have crooked lawyers.
