Janice and her team were fantastic to work with. Every member of the team was responsive, helpful, and patient. They ensured every aspect of our listing was handled, discussed, and checked off. We sold our home quickly and this team allowed us to have a positive experience. Highly recommend them. They understand the meaning of customer relationship and service.

Janice and her team did such exceptional job helping my mother find a new home that I have referred her to several other family members. Each family member has been equally impressed with the care and attention they received every step along the way!

Janice Rosenberg team is awesome. They have sold several homes for us, including the home I grew up in. They take the time to listen and care about the emotional attachments you have with the home you are selling. They have also helped in purchasing a home for us and they worked hard to find the one that fit our needs. I can say they are always professional and they get the job done. Will recommend every time!

I could not have been more pleased and impressed with my experience with the Janice Rosenberg Team.

Janice came by at my request to talk about putting my home of 35 years on the market. I knew it was time to downsize but I was also struggling with the dreaded process of purging many years worth of memories as well as the thought of going through a long selling/showing process.

Janice gave me her professional opinions regarding options to prepare the house and its estimated value. We also talked about the option of forgoing upgrades and putting the house on the market and letting the new homeowners decide what they wanted. She put absolutely zero pressure on me to make any quick decisions and because of that I did.

Turns out within days I had a couple come through and loved the house.
What a win-win. They were buying a solid home in a great neighborhood at at good price and I was spared the dreaded process of contractors and multiple showing for a possible extended period.

Once the contract was signed I worked directly with The Janice Rosenberg Team's closing specialist Franklin Currin, who kept me informed every step of the way. I had to do nothing but it was nice to know how the process was going.

Along the way I also interacted with Kim Hunt and saw just how caring the buying agent side of the business is.

Buying and selling a home is hard, physically and also emotionally. But for me it was the people that made this a great experience. I highly recommend them if you are either buying or selling a home.

Although I have never sold my house I always recommend my friend and neighbor, Janice Rosenberg, to either family members or friends moving to Raleigh. Janice is one of those people you instantly like and is obviously in real-estate because she likes people. She started our Bunco group in the neighborhood and what a great way to bring good friends together every month to enjoy each others’ company.

I’ve been told she goes to great lengths to make your home buying process efficient and pleasurable with her knowledge of the real estate business and local area. She isn’t pushy and she is very sensitive to your needs – she knows the market extremely well.

Extremely unprepared, disorganized, and all around rude. Franklin was terribly egotistical and and difficult to deal with.

I relied on Janice and her team twice now for our moves in the Raleigh area (once to find a rental for our initial move (2011) and then, when we felt ready, to find our home to purchase(2012). She went above and beyond to find houses that met our needs and spoke to our hearts. Her extensive knowledge of the area was so helpful. Even after the contract was signed.Janice continued to be sure were were protected in the inspection process. We are very happy customers. Janice continues to be the one we contact for advice re: service providers (painters, contractors, etc.). We were so impressed with her service, that when my senior citizen parents moved to the area.we hooked them up with Janice (2015). If it was possible to give her more than 5 stars I would. She was so wonderful with them! In each of these three experiences, she did not let a single detail slide. Thank you, Janice!

We were promised a virtual tour of a property that was available. We are out of state so when we asked her if we could video walk through the unit, ready to pay and ready to go if we liked it - she was eager to help. Once we were set for that, she informed us another person was interested in the home and would be touring it as well. We decided to continue with the video call, who knows, maybe the other family would not want it. She refused our video call repeatedly, after several attempts - we finally called her cell. She bluntly told us that if the family there wanted it, she would give it to them first - even if we wanted it. So, if you are looking to move to the area and want a real estate agent to help you find a place - this one is not the person. So very disappointed that she would not even try to help. Even if two families wanted the unit, wouldn't it come down to the application process? Wouldn't the agent want to try and find the best fit for the property? Not only an in-state person?
I believe Re/max can be an amazing company, I just don't have any reason to believe that Janice is someone that is for everyone. Will be avoiding her in the future.
