I absolutely LOVED my apartment! The rooms are spacious, great view from my balcony of the golf course, and super close to shopping! I moved out of NC otherwise I would have renewed my lease.

Few months back moved out due to relocation, our 2 years of stay here was peaceful. Apt maintenance staff used to respond immediately for any issues and facilities were always maintained well.Our move out was smooth, no surprise damage bills :-)

We have lived at Bexley at Preston for the past year and have greatly enjoyed our time here. The finishes of the apartment are very nice and we love the large screened in porch. The price of the apartments is good relative to comparables in the RTP area. We have taken full advantage of the nice fitness center and pool. You can hear the train when it goes by, but it has never been disturbing, although we are in the building farthest away from the tracks. Additionally, we have not noticed any problems with pests (cockroaches or spiders). Noise from the neighbors is minimal and the maintenance and staff are always friendly and very responsive to any concerns.

We love our apartment here at Bexley at Preston. Nice upgraded kitchen and beautiful community. We love the gym and being close to shopping and restaurants too. We had some heat problems when we first moved in but the staff took care of the issue right away. Our previous apartment office did not accept our packages if we weren't home so we love that here they email us when we get one! Everyone at the front office is very friendly and they always remember our apartment number. Definitely recommend.

Water intrusion, ants, frogs, water bugs, and spiders.ugh, what an experience living here. Very nice upgrades, but don't be fooled. If you're interested in a bottom floor apartment and it has stones lining the outside of the building, beware! A heavy rain can send a "tidal wave" into your apartment. When you call for maintenance to rescue you, you will be left to sink alone. We had to dump water out of the front door to keep water from going across our entire living and dining room. We tried to prevent the water from coming in through the patio door and it came through the wall. Yes, the wall! Moisture caused mold and pest issues. We heard our neighbors walk above us but we never heard the people beside us. Parking and crime was never an issue.

We rented here short term (May-Aug) whIle we waiting for our permanent home. Apartment was gorgeous & loved the fact that we felt like it was private despite a full complex. Only complaint we had was despite the updated appliances, carpet, floors, etc nothing else was updated. AC never cooled below 79* despite being on all day with multiple fans to support in the dead of summer. We also had a few other issues, but nothing too major. Never saw any bugs or pests inside or outside the apartment. Maintenance always came quick & addressed any issues.
A huge shout out to the incredibly awesome Alexis in the office; she was always helpful & so nice.response / report this review
