Ray is amazing! We were moving from SF and did not have a lot of time to keep going and back forth to come and look at properties, but he was extremely proactive from the very beginning! From the moment we spoke over the phone he put our concerns at ease and was extremely knowledgeable about the area we were interested in. He encouraged us and took care of everything. From helping organize our 4 days of house touring to guiding us throughout the entire process he made this whole experience extremely painless and stress-FREEWe managed to find our beautiful condo, close within a month and moved into our place in a month after that! He even face-timed us for our property inspection and made sure he took a through walk-through like he would for his own place. All in all would highly recommend working with Ray and his team!

I worked with Ray and Eliza for the past 4 months to get my condo, and the whole process could not be happier and smoothier. Ray is very knowledgeable, responsible and have a good insights for the market. Also, Ray is also very connected with different agent, which helps a lot for this competitive market. And I end up saving $5000 than their asking price. As a first time buyer, I always have so many questions and concerns. Ray was very patient to get back to me every time, even I was outside the country for two weeks after the offer accepted. Eliza even face-time me during the whole home inspection. The biggest concern I had for this condo is it might need a seismic retrofit in the future. Ray and Eliza were so helpful to reach out to HOA and different engineers to help me find the worst case scenario. I don't have any pressure working with them and I feel comfortable to moving forward.
I am so happy to get my first home with Ray and I highly recommend him to everyone who is looking for an agent.

Ray truly lives up to all his positive online reviews. From the first time we spoke he had definitive knowledge of my neighborhood / property, a vision to create an efficient selling timeline, and a decisive plan to bring in multiple offers. He is absolutely a hands-on agent who is willing to go the extra mile to get the deal done - He personally handled light home staging free of charge in addition to including complimentary photography saving me from going $2500 out of pocket. Communication was superb – Connecting around my very fluid schedule (He went as far a texting me an update while he was in the middle of a attending an out of town wedding ceremony!) His negotiation skills and selling instincts were invaluable when a situation surfaced as we were about to finalize getting the offer signed. He had the presence of mind and expertise to make just the right adjustment ensuring we would close the deal and close it $45,000 over asking.

Sharp, quick, knowledgeable, flexible and with great communication skills, Ray is everything you could want in a Realtor. Sold our home in 8 days at $156K over the asking price. He and his team then successfully closed escrow in 8 days. Truly remarkable. Ray told us that it is his philosophy to make it as easy for the seller as possible and he lived up to his word. Excellent, continuing communication to let you know what is going on, what needs to be done, and how long the process may take. He took charge to fix up the yard with flowers and spiff up the house interior, making a distinct improvement and saving us the long distance drives that would otherwise have been necessary. I wholeheartedly recommend Ray.
