We enjoyed our stay at Harbor Knolls and would recommend this to anyone looking for a very comfortable Bed and Breakfast. The room was very comfortable and the hospitality was very good. The back yard setting is beautiful with lawn chairs over looking the water. Before dinner complimentary glass of wine was also a nice feature.

I recently had the pleasure of spending a romantic Valentine weekend at the Harbor Knoll Bed and Breakfast in Greenport, LI. This Historic B&B has been flawlessly maintained inside and out. The eclectic mix of heirloom and vintage furnishings throughout the house were hand selected by our charming hostess Louise. The bookshelves were lined with fascinating biographies and history novels for leisure time cozying up in the library or sunny porch. And the breakfastsdelicious apple cinnamon pancakes with fresh fruit, eggs, sausage and warm croissants. The sheets and bedding were of the finest quality. Harbor Knoll is an exceptional vacation spot deserving of my praise. V.O'Neill

Really cute place. Comfortable rooms. Great views. Walkable to town. But not worth the $300 price. More comparable to a $200/ night place

The house is beautiful - a charming old home but the woman who runs it is rude and made us feel very unwelcome. Such a shame. We would love to return to the house but would not consider it because of the lack of hospitality.

Harbor Knoll is a lovely old home in a great location. However, the rooms and bedding could use some updating. Was looking forward to relaxing in the Adirondack chairs overlooking the Peconic but the seagulls had gotten there first. The chairs were unusable the entire weekend. The rating "it was okay" is apropos. Other B&B's in Greenport pay closer attention to detail and provide a more accommodating environment.
