Great apartment-style alternative to traditional hotels. Suites had a full kitchen and living room in addition to bedroom and bathroom. Location is good and within 5-10 mins walk of the B,D,F,J,M,Z,4,6 subway lines. We had a front-facing room on the top floor and were not affected by any noise at the back.

We stayed for 8 nights. Great location, however the Hotel is currently backed onto a construction site. We were woken at 7am each day to the sound of diggers, chain saws and other construction equipment, and the noise continued all day. This should have been flagged on the website to warn guests prior to booking. The multi storey complex being build next door will take a while to complete, so I would warn people not to stay there until the construction is finished,

Great rooms with kitchens. Great location for downtown access. Shops and lots of local restaurants nearby. Inexpensive for Manhattan.

Apparently you can't bring people into the room you have paid for after a certain time of night. Good amount of room for the price but would not stay at again. Poor customer service and hotel quality.

Stayed at the Off Soho Suites for my bachelorette party. It was chosen based on location to bars/restaurants. We were impressed with the room and were very happy with the service!!

Amazing location, great hospitality and services. Every single host was highly attentive and carting for is. The only thing I would improve is the cleanliness of the sheets (found hair in my mouth in the morning and wasn't mine). Other than that great job guys!

So far so goodbut:
Based on the pictures and the reviews i did expect more
The Best was the location. Walkingdistance to the most important subways. Hundreds of small bars, Restaurants and Cafes. Very nice.
The room and beds were ok, sofabed very small (140cm) for 2 adults.
Cleaningservice needs Improvement. Only clean towels not enough.
Kitchen should be refurbished asap otherwise it will break down

Very charming, clean & comfortable. The management was very nice. Location was excellent! Near Little Italy & China Town. Plenty of restaurants & shopping in walking distance. There were four girls & we all loved the place & the price!!

Excellent value for money. Basic but functional apartment with everything you need. Well located for exploring downtown, midtown , East and West village, and Williamsburg.
