Still in love with this place after so many visits. So brought family too and we all were so excited and happy! It's fun, different, exciting. My cousin did snow tubing and had a blast. The ski lopes are awesome. And the best par is the tram to go up. Must go!

Great amusement park. We had very fun maybe will come back!!! We liked to ride the Alpine Slide the best then we rode way to the top and looked out over! We liked the mini golf too it was very fun. We want to come back sometime or the other. We liked the tram ride to the park and the way down. Would definitely recommend!!!!!! 😆😁😄😃😀😀😃😄😁😆🙂

This review is for the lift ride to the top of the mountain, not the enclosed tram that goes into town. The view is amazing. I could of stayed up there all day. Hands down the best part of Ober Gatlinburg. 7 dollars is well worth the feeling of being so high up and that fresh mountain air.

Tram is best part. Very picturesque. Skip the restaurant or eat a burger because the schnitzel was tasteless. Luke-warm to room temp food was not worth it. Other attractions here are average. Recommend take the ride on the tram and don't spend much time with anything else. Go back to town and spend more time doing something of better quality like seeing a show in pigeon forge.

The tram is the best ride out there for $13. I don't know if your experience will be the same but if you look on the right hand side halfway up the top of the hill there is a Barbie mansion that is a definite replica of the 1970s Barbie mansion you cannot miss it it's got a garage that looks exactly like they house pillars three stories high even the furniture is an exact match to the Barbie furniture. They have bed and breakfast there so you might want to look up the Barbie Mansion for Gatlinburg Tennessee or something about that it's totally worth it.

Worth doing once. The maze was fun. Enjoyed the coaster. Take the chairlift all the way to the top for a great view. Be ready to spend some $$ to do anything.

This attraction is a must do in Gatlinburg. Highly recommend trying to go up and nice weather AKA no clouds or very little clouds great way to see the whole downtown and a lot of the Smokies. Recommendation take the chair lifts up top all the way to the peak. The Mountain rides are definite must do for kids and young adults, would not recommend if you have back problems. This is a good two to three hour attraction

My family was evacuating from hurricane Irma, my wife visited here as a kid and suggested we had to go because of the mountain sled. It was a blast, the decor is a bit dated. The staff was world class and very accommodating. I was even offered a job if I wanted to move. We will be back for the next hurricane.

Prices are decent. Went in early spring, water park was not open and the free kids zone (a playground) was not open. The animal viewing was limited and could use upgrades and updates both for the viewer and for the animals. The staff was confused on wrist bands and they even argued with each other about how it was supposed to be. That being said the kids rides were a hit, the tram and ski lift were a blast and we saw deer, the view at the top was beautiful. There's a resturant, little shops and an arcade. It was a chilly day for us, but with better weather we could have spent more time there. Neat place!!!

The tram ride was amazing! The mountain coaster was awesome but expensive for 4 people- $15 per person per ride. I had never done one before so maybe that is the norm. I should have been more prepared for the prices of all the activities and that my daughters wanted to do them all. The view from the restaurant was beautiful, and the food was good.

The tram ride was good. Great views. We enjoyed the small but quaint animal exhibit. The coaster looked fun, but we didn't stay long enough to ride. It would be nice to be able to exit the ski lift and have an overlook at the top, instead of just a ride up and down.

Such an amazing, fun place with fantastic views and scenery!! I'm 42 yrs old and my daughter is 19 and we had fun like two little kids riding the Alpine Mountain Coaster and Slide!!! Everyone was so nice and courteous. We have got to come back and experience this place during the winter season!!!

Great local place to ski even if it can be spotty bc of weather. They can help if it's 50-70 degrees in winter sometimes so I don't fault them for uncontrollable weather. The ride up the mountain is the best! My family loves riding the lift up and sometimes we just ride it for fun

It is a bit of a tourist trap but it has beautiful scenery and some neat activities on top of the mountain. We did have some lightening which delayed our departure. We decided to watch dinner instead of waiting for Ober to send buses up to the mountain. If possible I would recommend having one person drive up to make sure you can get out quickly if thunderstorms develop.

Fun ride up the mountain. I'm a little scared of heights but the breathtaking views make it all worth it. We went through the animal encounter and loved seeing the bears, cats, otters, owls, and more! Facility could use a few updates as the place looks very dated but it was a lot of fun with decent prices.
