Thanks to Jason and Ritchie and the entire team at O'toole's for making this as easy as it can get! I left with a great deal on a fairly new bike the day after I had called them. They really know how to make customers their number one priority by going out of their way for them! Thanks again guys I am loving the 883!

First time in the store. New to the area from Kansas. Friendly staff, lots of bikes and apparel. I got parts I needed and some helpful tips and got some Harley gear. I like this dealership a lot.

I went to O'Toole's almost 3 years ago to replace the rear break pedal on my 2012 72 Sportster which I damaged as a result of inexperience riding on my part and wound up laying it down. I had just purchased my HD from a different HD dealership in Newburgh. I decided to go to O'Toole's because it was not to far from my home. They were very nice but took 3 MONTHS to fix the pedal (claiming it was a rare bike and had also ordered a wrong part). I was very very unhappy to say the least. When they finally fixed it, I was told by the gentlemen that when I come back he would give me a complimentary oil change which I never reddemed because I was so upset with how long this ordeal took. I would now like to make some changes to my HD (to give it some flavor) and am considering going back because I keep hearing it's a good shop and the "other" place has a bad rep. I normally don't write ANY reviews but when I was searching for a shop to get the work done, O'Toole's came up and so did my memory..
UPDATE: I've been meaning to update this for quite sometime but shortly after the above Rate and Review, I was personally contacted by the owner of O'Toole's. Prior to calling me, he took the time to have my information and claim verified through the dealership's computer system and ascertained that I was telling the truth. He invited me to the dealership, I went and had a pleasant conversation with the owner. In the end we shook hands and I decided to put the previous experience behind me. I brought my HD back to the shop and had it serviced. I also had them do a few other things. I'm now very satisfied with their level of service and care. I now look forward to going to O'Toole's for all things HD and plan on purchasing a new HD SOON! Thank you for being a gentlemen and regards to your staff.

Really friendly & helpful staff, easy to find, and when I stopped for souvenirs they were having a blood drive with the American Red Cross. Great Harley store!

Purchased my first Harley Davidson - 2017 Streetglide Special from Otooles and can't say anything negative, even if I tried. From Sales, Finance, Parts and Service all went smooth. Upon taking delivery, I noticed a few minor blemishes in the paint and unlike other dealerships where the representative can never see what you see, the staff was was on point! They had corrected the situation and made me a very happy owner. I read a lot of reviews but never leave any. My experience here has motivated me to share my experience with others as customer service like this is rare these days. Special thanks to my sales rep Jason. Highly recommend!

The owners are very knowledgeable the staff is very helpful and most of all their service department is got great technicians and mechanics. Going down and get some apparel or going down and buy a Harley this place rocks!

I spent today at Otooles. Not only didn't mind but because I had to. My 97 heritage needed a little more time than I expected. Not a problem because they have the most knowledgeable mechanics and staff. I am always treated family. Knowing I would be there for a while the owner Tommy even offered up his own car if I wanted to get lunch. Who does that. Everyone there is friendly and accommodating. Thanks to Frank and Kim too. My wheel is from Otooles and so is my loyalty.
