  Had to take my son in for a very awkward sick visit on a saturday where he received no care at all. We continue to take him to his regular doctor for all other visits and informed the office of this so that they would stop calling and sending letters but instead they continue to call and fill my mailbox with letters threatening us that they will not see my son for sick visits if he does not have a well visit with them. Definitely not impressed and would appreciate it if the calls and letters would stop.

  The staff is very polite and they always take care of the kids.
  All of the doctors know how to treat and take care of children and parents.
  This is a great place to raise your kids.

  Had to come in unexpectedly with a sick infant. We usually go to the Alexandria office, but took an appointment in Lorton so we could have our child tended to. Unfortunately the doctor we saw clearly wasn't interested in being there and was irritated that we had to bring our sick child in on a holiday. Hopefully we won't be seeing that doctor again, but we've come to expect more professionalism from the doctors at All Pediatrics than what was on display today.

  I called this office to schedule a new patient appointment they have restrictions on everything can't come this day for this reason can't come that day for that reason and the receptionist was not the friendliest it was 9 in the morning maybe she's not a morning person but I chose to go somewhere else that atleast showed respect and was cheerful during the call.

  The staff is great, all the doctors I've seen with all 3 of my kids have been great. Non have been antibiotic happy, which I love . They have quick same day appointments. Nurses call backs are usually pretty fast.

  Doctors, nurses And the lactation consultant are very helpful and knowledgeable, they also have after hours and walk-in visits for sick kids.
