We stayed 2 Days to see the beautiful fall colors. Wonderful staff (Teresa is the best!!), cozy rooms, tasty breakfast and overall extremely memorable experience!! We will definitely be back!!

Good place to stay has a jacuzzi suite new flat screen tv beautiful Knotty Pine ceilings upgraded Heating and Cooling PTAC units close to the snowmobile trail ample snowmobile trailer parking or boat parking in the summer has an outdoor fire pit surrounded by picnic tables brand new carpeting upgraded lighting a very nice atmosphere I'll even have delicious waffles in the morning or cereal continental breakfast sets off the morning good close to town of Indian River 32 miles from Mackinaw City 30 miles from Petoskey 18 miles from Cheboygan 5 minutes from the inland waterways are the state park lots to do discount on Big Bear Adventures kayaking canoeing rafting Sky Trail bumper boats putt putt golf guided winter rafting they even have Snowshoe and cross country ski rentals for the winter and a map to the trails.

Very nice place, but electrical access outside the building is minimal and not ideal. I was staying in the area for a few days of fishing and need power to charge boat batteries. Exterior electrical outlets are not at knee level. Only ones they have you need a ladder to reach.

Clean and cute but way over priced. Everything in the area was fully booked except this place. Reason?? $130 per night verses $69-$89 every where else. Was it worth it? Not really. This place is missing basics that you get every where else. Coffee in the room? NO. Hair dryer? NO. Shampoo/lotion/conditioner? NO. Tv is TOO SMALL. Last but not least and probably the most important.This was the hardest most uncomfortable bed i have ever slept in.
