This hotel is beautiful. Great staff, gorgeous rooms and a perfect location. The only downside is there is no pool. With a balcony on Main Street, a huge suite room and nightly snacks, who cares?

My husband & I stayed in room 408 (top floor, master spa suite). The extended balcony provided a gorgeous view! Spacious, clean, beautiful suite. We loved the milk & cookies at turn down! We had an issue with the light in our bathroom and it was fixed within 5-10 min. We will definitely be staying here the next time we visit Mackinac Island.

The best hospitality on the island. The place is very clean colorful and best service placed in the middle of Main Street minutes to walk anywhere. Recommend it with all my heart.

Had a wonderful experience at the spa. Everyone working was so friendly and nice. The facilities were clean and up to date. It was extremely relaxing. Highly recommend!

Nice location, right downtown in all the action. Quiet nights as well. Sister hotel of Chippewa which has a lot more options.

We visit Mackinac Island every summer. This was our first winter trip. The hotel was wonderful, and the staff were so nice. We will definitely make the trip again in the winter. When we do we will be staying at the Lilac. Thanks for making this a trip to cherish.
