Got a room with my girlfriend for the weekend. The owner was very nice and made sure we had everything we needed. The rooms were small but had great views. I'm the morning breakfast was waiting for us when we woke up. If you want bikes you should wait to get them here, way cheaper.

What a gem. The "last homely house" on the street only seems far from the town center on a map. Transfers can be arranged by horse drawn taxi, so no worries about luggage. Two bathrooms on the second level, so no waiting for the clean and attractive facilities. There is a putting course and restaurant/bar just down the street at the Mission Point Resort, and a beaver dam in the Strait across from there.

We loved our stay! The lady who runs the b&b was extremely friendly, inviting, and hospitable! We loved how it was outside of the hustle and bustle of town but close enough to walk to. The only reason there aren't four stars is the room was small with a small bed and our bathroom was uncomfortably small. Additionally, the breakfast had no protein (meat or eggs). I will DEFINITELY be back though. The price is right (cheaper bike rentals too) and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

My wife and I loved Small Point. It is the most affordable place to stay on the island and is absolutely beautiful. It's out of town so it's peaceful and quiet but not so far that it isn't easy to walk to town for shopping and things to do. It's the perfect way to stay overnight on the island, not too expensive and yet very convenient. Would recommend to anyone.

I have stayed at small point probably 13 times over the past 20 years. It is cozy, quiet, and out of the hustle and bustle of downtown. The owners are so friendly. If you are staying on the island. This is the place!

Very sweet and homey feel here. Christina, who runs the place, is a great cook and an even better host. Bike rentals are totally worth it to see the whole island!

Owners are very kind! We weren't even guests staying there, we were just visiting the island, but we were walking past with hungry screaming baby and the owners heard us so they offered us a quiet place on their porch for my wife to feed the baby! Very nice to our family considering we just happened to be walking by and weren't even paying customers!
