Decent sized, clean rooms, with nice decor. Cheapest rooms on the island, but not by much. I think we ended up saving about $10-$20 but discovered after we checked in that it's about the only place to stay on the island that doesn't offer any kind of breakfast. Also, there's some sort of place below it that plays MmmchaMmmchaMmchaMmmcha music kind of late that reverberates through the floor. And I've stayed on the island multiple times, but never right downtown Main St. so I didn't even think about the loud drunk yellers, and the draft horse clippity clops all night.
Would I stay here again? No. Definitely not. I'll pay the extra $20 and get some peace and quiet and a free breakfast. There's at least 2 other places on the island that have comparable rooms for almost as cheap. Also, in reading another reviewers issues with the office totally closing down after hours I'd be scared to stay again. 😳
Great place to stay! Beautiful view of the bay and located perfectly in town close to restaurants and shops.
We rented room 29 here for our friends wedding on the island. It is the only room with no windows but a skylight above the bed. The room was itself was a decent size with a queen bed and a day bed. The day bed had tape around the brackets holding the mattress to the frame. The bathroom fan only worked intermittently. For the same price you could get a room with windows and better upkeep.
Great boutique hotel in the middle of the action. Reliable service. Close to everything. We stay here every summer
Fantastic little place in a great location!
Room was big and looked newly remodeled. Liked the nautical theme in furnishings. Location is good for off season - one of only two restaurants open is next door.
Quaint boutique hotel. Very clean very! We loved looking out on the street & watching clomping horses go by. The room was big & bright. Reasonably priced for the island. Loved it for our girls weekend.
