I thought the staff was very friendly. Stayed here after staying the previous night at a different motel in town. The room was nice and clean and comfortable. Parking was easy and had easy access to room which was on the 2nd floor (stayed in late August). Would definitely stay here again.

I would perfer if there were a 0. My husband booked a romantic night here. Even with his reward points it was expensive and we get there to find out they moved us to Holiday Inn so we go there and yes they have booked a suite but its not ready at 4:40 and they dont know when it will be ready. We were planning on getting ready for a concert before our 2 hour drive.NOT. I was astonished to find not only did they move us with out knowlege but they also gave our card inormation away!!!! CANCELED!!!

First thing I want to say is this place is dog friendly. Which was super important for our trip.

We checked in Monday night and stayed until Friday morning. Pool was super close (across the parking lot) from our room. Pool was heated, as well. Breakfast wasn't amazing but filled the void for the morning. You're very close to the downtown area to stroll the businesses and resturants. The rooms were pretty much sound proof as long as the neighbor isn't being over the top. WiFi worked great the whole time we were there.

Little bit grossed out when we arrived and we had an old wash rag in the shower hanging behind the curtain that the previous guest had used. But the rest of the place was clean. Refrigerators are kind of small for my liking.

Staff was very nice up until we left. However the front counter lady for checkout was a little snappy about being able to get us checked out.

Overall I enjoyed my stay and would likely come back in the future.

First of all, Bridgeview there was none. Room was on the noisy part of motel, room located right above where guests would pull in to register, fumes from vehicles in room. Room smelled like somebody had smoked in it. The curtain was barely hanging so revamped that so could have privacy. Would we stay there again, absolutely not! Sorry ! We didn't eat the breakfast there as it was too congested.

Great place to stay! Gordon was amazing and the rooms were super nice. Not only did Gordon direct us to the sites but he also hooked us up with covered parking from the storms. Will stay again with even more friends, 10 out of 10 approved. Can't say enough, it was that good.

Extremely poor wifi and rooms that need refreshed. Decent location to downtown, but recommend paying extra for one of the other hotels in the area that seem much more modern and clean.

Was a busy time of the week, so all they had available for our last minute booking was a 2 full beds room, which wasn't exactly what we were looking for but it was reasonably priced. Shower was actually decent, and the pillows were SUPER soft. Great experience, would go back again in the future.

The rooms were nice. Small fridge and a microwave. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was good. We stayed 2 nights. Only problem we had was with our room keys not wanting to work. Maintence came and fixed the problem within 5 min. Said it was from them not being used all winter which was understanding. Overall I'd diffently stay here again.

Rooms were dated. Service was great. Breakfast was repeated. Great location right off I-75 highway. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our first or ground level room offered little view. If you are looking for a better view I would suggest trying the other Days Inn in Mackinac City.

Nice location if you're looking to be close the the city strip and very close to the bridge. .
Horrible parking. Lot is extremely small and if you have a full size truck ,good luck. Rooms are ok size. House keeping was great, they left us a note because they couldn't make our beds because of personal belonging on the bed which i was ok with. I definitely would stay here again. Just parking is very frustrating.
