Good Shopping Mall with all the stores and brands that we can think about. It's huge I think it's one of the top 5 or top 10 largest mall in US. Restroom facilities are ridiculous and very less considering the options. No Food Court as such, some small food chain and few good restaurants scattered throughout.

MAC counter always too busy to enjoy! Never enough sales associates! It's a shame. For the cost of hi end I wish I could enjoy the experience. Instead I dread it.

I came in today to get 5 pairs of pants tailored which I bought from Trunk club. The sales advisor working in the men's suit section brought me to the dressing room and told me to wait for the tailor to come. I tried on my pants and the tailor asked me if I bought it at Nordstrom. I told him I bought it from Trunk club( which is owned by Nordstrom). He told me that since I didn't buy it at Nordstrom he would have to charge me double at $56/pair! I thought he was crazy. I asked him why are you charging me double when I bought it from the same company and the same product. Nordstrom even allows you to get points on your Nordstrom card at Trunk Club. I would think you would get the same benefits and tailoring rates but clearly not. The tailor said it's my managers call not mine nothing I can do about that. The look on his face just had " I don't really care" all over it. The other sales advisor said he had no idea about this policy. Neither of these guys seemed like they wanted to help me out. I even tried to negotiate since I brought in 5 pairs of pants. I was pissed and took my business to another tailor in the mall. Way to go Nordstrom, great way to treat a loyal rewards customer.

The cashier in cosmetics here didn't refund me my money back from September and when I went back to complain they made me feel like it was my fault. The worst customer service I've ever experienced so unprofessional and rude associates and "managers".

No longer will purchase anything from Nordstrom ever again. Now that you have interjected yourself into politics and have decided to cater only to the left wing loons of the country is the day you lost my business. Do not get involved with politics if you want to keep half of your customer base. ADIOS !!!!!!!

What has happened to this place?! I have bought shoes from this store occasionally over the past decade. It has been a few years so we visited the store for shoes. We asked for the Johnston and Murphy brand shoes.

The young lady looked disappointed and put some weird look on her face. She asked why. We explained we saw a pair at Nordstrom's Rack but we needed them in wide.

She exclaimed rudely, "Nordstrom's Rack! That place gets all the defects!" My wife and I were startled by the comment and we walked out of the store. None of the other shoe attendants offered help. They all looked at my wife and I with a look on their face like we did something appalling.

Nothing but the best customer service!! Whether I actually buy something from this place it not, the sales people are always courteous and willing to spend time with the customers. Love it!!
