High quality clothing and great service in a very clean store. Sales reps all over available to assist and answer any question anyone has. But the best was the surprise sales price when clothes were rung up; it was even less than stated on the retail ticket. Very happy customer; will definitely come back!

Customer service has become ABSOLUTELY horrible.. they No Longer make much effort to resolve issues, keep passing the buck to the next person and do NOT really listen started with trying to just exchange a pair of shoes, but now tried getting husband's pants hemmed (that i yes bought from them) and they call me a WEEK later that they are done only to get home, have him put them on and NOT ONE hem was stitched into them!!! Markings were still there from measuring!! Ha! Joke on me for not checking before I left! So beware!

Waited over 10 minutes in the shoe department for the associate to bring out 1pair of shoes. each time the wait got longer and longer.The department needs to stream line the process better.I ended up at macys

The girls at MAC were extremely rude, makes me not wanna shop there anymore. I asked this woman a question and she scoffed and gave a nasty face. I understand she was busy but that was no reason to treat a costumer like that. Completely disappointed.

I always have a great time at this Nordstrom but this Saturday was particularly great.

I went straight to the lingerie department (as is my usual MO) and had the good fortune of meeting Danica who was incredibly helpful and kind. I found one pajama top right off the sale rack and a pair of shorts in a medium (I'm usually xs-s) and the top was just fine but the shorts were way too big. Danica called a bunch of stores while I debated between sizes and finally found me a small and had is shipped to my home in NYC. She was also endlessly patient with us and answers all of our questions, found us sizes we needed. I hope Danica's supervisor is reading this, she's amazing!
