The rooms were clean and nicely appointed. The restaurant had friendly staff but the food was only fair. Front staff and valet. Were friendly and knowledgeable.

Nice place! Clean Lobby as ALWAYS. We've gone here on the first weekend of December every year for the past 5 years. Wonderful a service, the catering is pretty good.

This was a last minute booking for us, as our previous hotel overbooked. After driving from Indiana for 18+ hrs overnight, we were tired & in need of showers & sleep. Let me start by saying the property is gorgeous & clean. Always lots of events going on. Golf course was pristine..However. We were greeted rather coldly at check-in. The woman at the front desk seemed rather displeased by my wind pants and T-shirt travel attire, and even more displeased with our one night reservation. She promptly gave us a room and seemed eager to get us out of the Lobby, which seemed rather rude ( and also comical ) to me. There is a breakfast buffet in the mornings at $20 a plate if you enjoy that kind of thing, and valet car service. Keep in mind,self park runs you $6 a night. I wouldn't stay here again based off the simple fact that I did like a book being judged by it's cover. All paying guests should be treated with the same respect as another. It's a nice property, you'll be very comfortable, just make sure you dress well enough for the front desk staff

Really liked our experience there. Large room, with all the commodities, cleaniness and a comfy bed. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Also the view is great.

Very old looking and feeling. I won't say the staff is rude, but certainly not outgoing or helpful. Mostly they just seem like they don't want to be there. The hotel isn't in bad condition but gives the feeling of a Motel 6. It really has "No class".
For $170 and UP the rooms are no better than a Motel 6. I was disappointed the room didn't even have a fridge or microwave. A $99 holiday inn even has that much.
You can get bacon and eggs for breakfast for $20! No vouchers or considerations at all. They do however have bottled water for a mere $4 a bottle. They don't even have vending machines for those needing a snack or beverage.
I came here for an international conference. I feel certain the folks who set this up had never been here before? I personally would be embarrassed to hold a convention here. Inviting folks from all over the world to this location wouldn't inspire there return to future convention's.
There is a plethora of better venues in the Ft Lauderdale/Miami area to host convention's or meetings.
Spending four days here got real old real fast. There's no place within walking distance to get dinner or drinks. So you're stuck here with the mediocre service and hotel prices.response / report this review -

Construction was going on so there was some noise which seemed to stop each evening around 6p-7p. There is a daily parking fee for parking your car on their premises where you've re rented a room. I found this to be a little silly. People were pleasant. On the date of check out I had someone knock on the door and then try using their key to enter before waiting for an answer. This happened twice within about 30 minutes even with the DO NOT DISTURB sign on the door. It was still in the 7:00 hour so it wasn't even close to check out time. Luckily I still had the latch on the door. Overall the stay was not bad. I would stay again if I had to.

An excellent hotel with a grand ballroom for parties and events. This hotel is connected to a golf course with a calm golf course to take a swing or two. The location of this hotel in an upscale Broward residential area make an ideal place to stay with various options to dine out within walking distance.

Pros:
Clean and convenient location.
Cons:
No free parking
You need to pay for wifi of you need better speed.
Staff didn't inform much while checking-in

Location is a bit confusing to find. They have a very attentive staff that is all about helping the guest, rooms are clean, pool area is relaxing, overall a quiet relaxing place to stay.

The hotel is built impeccably the food is delicious. There are 7 floors. There were some events when we stayestayed so the close tel were younger . T he pool area was beautiful and rooms nicely kept

Staff courtesy was pleasant, seemed to be busy with a wedding and prom activities. Check- in was quick and the room was clean. Overall nice experience, with the exception of charging guests for over night parking!

Very open room with enough tables to seat a couple hundred people! great for large parties. Service for events was really good, also tentative.
