Room was surprisingly large with a bedroom, sliding door, bathroom, sliding door and couch tv work area. We comfortable slept 2 adults and kid in the king and adult and kid on the pull out sofa. Also had a mini fridge and coffee maker. Only downside is a lot of construction with the mainfloor having most. The breakfast was amazing with a chef having made to order omlets!

The hotel itself isn't bad the problem is the breakfast the cook Pies (black male) charges 12.99 for breakfast if it's over 4 guest in the room. So with the children and mate we had 5 total. He made an Omelet including Literary 4 cubes of ham, 3 cubes of sausage about 5 pieces of onions and peppers and he became upset bc I stated this breakfast clearly isn't worth 12.99I went to the front desk bc they put 5 guest on my ticket stub and she stated that they can't control what the cook says. The cook over turns the hotel policy. Again the breakfast is horrible the rooms look newly remodel and our pull out sofa was brand new. But the cook and hotel are on different policies regarding the breakfast and charges. I do have a picture of the cook and the breakfast but I don't see a option to load pictures.The shower drainage did not work. The maid were upset when ask to dump the trash. The wooden floors are nice if they swept them. The phone did not work, I had to call the front desk from my cell phone. This is the picture of the rude and unprofessional cook.

Great rooms, spacious and comfortable! Delicious breakfast, with omelet station! Friendly employees. Wonderful experience! Our only complaint was we were not able to use the hot tub.we purposely booked this place because of hot tub, not knowing you could only use it during the day..our days were booked and were looking forward to a hot soak before bed, and weren't allowed. Otherwise, even with renovations going on, really enjoyed our stay!

Potential not met! The room looks nice, but smells of stale cigarettes. There are signs stating no smoking but when I arrived I saw a gentleman standing on the walkway puffing away. That smell easily travels into the rooms because there is not a good seal on the doors. Now at 11:30pm, as a solo traveler, having difficulty with opening the door is a bit scary. The handle had a tendency to stick and you are there forever trying to open it! Before I went to breakfast, the gentleman in the room next to me had to help me get in the room. He said there was a trick to opening the door; sometimes you pull up on the handle and if that doesn't work pull down several times.🤔 The pillowcases did not appear clean. So it made me wonder if the sheets were even changed!! Breakfast was free, but not near the standard that I experienced in the Hyatt House a month ago. The elevator even had the same stale smell. The stairs we're dirty and not adhered to the building in some spots! Just too much, I did not feel comfortable!!

My room smelled extremely musty, and when I opened the closet, the foldable luggage rack was covered in mold. There was no "do not disturb" sign available in my room so I did not feel safe leaving anything of any value when I was outside of room.The room included a microwave and mini fridge. The staff checking me out never asked how my stay was, which is a tell tale sign that they simply don't care. The complementary breakfast was pretty nice and included made-to-order egg/omlet station.

The rooms are spacious and very clean. The beds are so comfortable and the breakfast also is a delight. Overall a great stay.

Nicely remodeled, good breakfast, comfortable bed. The pool side bar was not very well stocked. The gentleman working the desk Sunday 7-30-17 at 1 a.m. was very courtius and saved me a trip to the store. The hotel was under renovation at the time but did not effect my stay. I would stay here again and recommend friends to do the same.

HORRIBLE DO NOT COME HERE! Messed up reservations, extremely rude staff, bugs in the rooms, they shut off water without telling people. My sister had a hole in her ceiling for crying out loud! This hotel is by far the worst! Felicia at the front desk rudely talks to customers and when we asked for the corporate number she refused to give it to us and said legally she doesn't have to talk to us, she wasn't even wearing a name tag. STAY AWAY PEOPLE!!!!

This hotel was actually nice .. I paid $60 a night & everything was actually on point besides a tiny roach I seen .. The room services were fast, the pool had a great vibe with a DJ, they gave one complimentary alcoholic drink and the breakfast was free with great things to choose from .. Go for it 😊

Upon arrival to the hotel, the door was cracked open as if someone was in the room. We entered and the room smelled like mold, wet dog hair. It was late and we stayed. The sofa was dirty with blood, phone did not work. If I could rate lower I would. This has to be the worst hotel in my experience. I read the other reviews and I do not know what room or hotel that you guys are mentioning! RUN do not walk from this place! So disappointed with Ramada and Boca Raton!!!! Breakfast was the only good thing from this experience.

For $95 a night, you get what you pay for. So I won't complain about the cleanliness of the rooms or the unhelpfulness of about half the staff. The rooms were spacious enough, if not a little outdated.
The pool area is by far the best part, which makes the "pool rules" baffling. The pool area closes at 8, which makes no sense because there is no lifeguard on duty, and no reason it can't stay open later. This is the only area with outdoor seating besides the bar, so there's nowhere to sit outside and relax after the pool closes. While smoking is not allowed at the bar, it is allowed at (AND IN!) the pool and hot tub. Nothing like trying get in a relaxing swim with people chain smoking on all sides of you. There is also no rule about leaving children unattended at the pool, which way too many families take advantage of. Not only is it unsafe, it's inconsiderate.
Lastly, housekeeping. On multiple occasions during my 8 day stay, they came pounding on the door to clean my room before 9am. That's way too early. Once I was in the shower, and before I could respond, they were trying to get into my room. Another time I was still asleep, and before I could get dressed to answer the door, they were trying to get in again. Thank God I had the bar locked both times. Very intrusive. Unless you want them waking you up every morning pounding on your door, make sure you hang the do not disturb sign before you go to bed at night.
Overall, not bad for the price. But they definitely could make some changes to create a much more pleasant experience for their guests.response / report this review
