Dump. It was rundown but tolerable a few years ago. Sequins in the bed, white socks totally black after a couple of hours in the room. Door locks in poor condition. Better option is sleeping in you car.

This place is trash 200 dollars a night for this place is horrible. No flat screen tv's the place smells awful I won't be back.

The owner was friendly and kind. We rented an efficiency with two double beds. The room was sparkling clean and had a wonderful fragrance. The pool was right outside of the rooms. The atmosphere was family friendly and fun. It was only a three-minute walk across the street to the beach and the beach was in an area that wasn't overly crowded.

Garbage left by the maid, mold in bathroom. They have a bottle opener. At least it didn't smell like piss, and the a.c. is ice cold.

Horrible place . Had my room door nob not working . Windows don't shut . Rude maintenance and housekeeping is horrible. Dirty place with roaches everywhere. Had to switch rooms and still gross. AC hardly works. Holes In walls doors don't shut . And to top it off I had things stolen for. My room .from other guests or I believe the maintenance or housekeeper . They have one of each for the whole place. My husband was threatened by the maintenance guy and told to go outside where he would kick his a** because he said the camera can't see him. There is alot of much nicer motels and hotels available for cheaper and are alot nicer all together. I recommend not to waste time or money here

Went to visit a college and booked a room here. Had to reschedule it due to a hurricane. They charged us twice for the room when we only stayed one night. When we went to straighten out, the manager wouldn't answer his phone and couldn't come into the office until after we left the next morning. Rooms had a creepy and uncleanly feel to them. Wish I could give 0 stars. Don't stay here.

Pros: It's a nice place for the money. My girlfriend and I took a low budget 4 day vacation, and this place was best because it was close to the beach, affordable, and was right in the middle between the two major shopping/food areas in Ft. Lauderdale. Extremely friendly and accommodating stuff was nice and the place was very clean. The manager/owner will bend over backwards to make sure you have a good stay. Cons: It's close to busy A1A, so there is some traffic noise. There is no beach view, if thats important to you. The hotel is a little dated, furnishings are somewhat older, but clean.

Great Value located across from the beach. The rooms are quite large and clean. This is a locally owned hotel with a nice pool area and laundry on site. The property is quiet and is in a superior location. Perfect for the budget conscious traveller. The staff are all quite friendly as well.
