This is our home away from home. You don't need to leave the hotel. Free parking, internet, happy hour with full bar and we especially love the great breakfast with fresh omelets. The staff are excellent, no matter what area. I have been a Travel agent for over 25 years, so we can be the worst critics since we visit so many places. Even though I have business in Miami or Fort Lauderdale, I still choose this location because we never have any complaints. My mother is a neat fanatic and she raves about this location. Do yourself a favor and stay here and it's very convenient to the highway, great restaurants and malls. Happy New Year!

I am a Hilton honors member and this hotel is a great option for anyone visiting southern palm beach. Renovated lobby and restaurant area looks amazing. Great location, great staff.

Just arrived 2 nights ago and am working 13 hrs/ day so haven't had a chance to eat breakfast or enjoy the evening food and drinks yet, but the bed is very comfortable, love the duvet on the bed, reminds me of Europe! And the front desk folks are very friendly and helpful.
The parking lot was vandalized Sunday November 12th at least seven cars had their Windows smashed in that makes me a little nervous as I'm staying there for over 30 days.
The food on Saturday morning was delicious and the service was excellent. Other than a few minor cleaning things my over all stay is top-drawer!response / report this review -

This was my first time staying at this location. I enjoyed my stay. The hotel and my room were clean upon arrival. Check in was quick. The two room suite was roomy with a very nice bathroom that included glass sliding doors for the shower. There is no tub, just a large shower. I could hear the commuter train going by, but it only bothered me the first time since it is so short. Breakfast included made to order eggs and pancakes, plus all the other expected fixings. Overall I really liked this hotel. However, housekeeping came much later than I expected, after 3 PM. Another surprise was how dark the parking lot was at night. It was definitely darker than I expected. The hotel's location required making u-turns to get to the interstate. I would stay again without hesitation.

Our room had a string musty odor and the housekeeping crew was not very punctual. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay with the complementary breakfast and happy hour being outstanding. Overall nice stay.

i travel every week for work and frequently go to this chain of restaurants.
i was extremely disappointed in this visit.
the portions were much smaller than other locations.
the service was well below the standards i have become accustomed with this chain.
the server barely spoke to us and when she did she was very dull.
one of the guys ordered zingers mild and got hot.
when he brought it to the servers attention she said oh you probably got someone elses order and walked off.
he did not want to make a big deal about it so he dropped it at that point.
then we had to chase down our server for our checks.
over all i was very dissatisfied with this location and do not believe i will return.response / report this review -

Rooms are nice. Kinda hidden off the main road. Nice gym and always friendly staff. I've stayed there many times without issue

Late checking in Lauren was super hospitable. The breakfast chef preparing our omelletes he was awesome serving everyone with a big smile. The lady in the breakfast made sure our dirty plates where picked up. And our housekeeper was very nice. Thank you all! Please share with the line employees.

Rooms were very spacious and customer service was excellent. The breakfast is by far the best I have ever had that was complementary and omelettes made to order. There is also a happy hour at 5 that includes free beer, cocktails, wine and snack with your room. Hard to beat. Could have been a little cleaner though. There was some renovations that were being finished up which may have contributed to this.

It's not the best nor is it the worst. Mediocre would be putting it nicely. They are doing construction at the moment. I hope they get around to finding things like the sliding door to the balcony in my room. The bottom part of the window has separated from the track and basically had an opening to the outside that is about 1/4 inch wide. And yes I am talking about the window having a gap from the frame. The service areas aside from the front desk seem understaffed and uninterested. Kind of reminds me of the movie Get Out. Maybe they're signaling for help.

The cost was very reasonable. The free breakfast was very good. The staff is very friendly. They brought me towels at the pool. The one issue is that they did not clean the pool.

This hotel stay was excellent! I had recently stayed for a week and the staff were great. Regina was very friendly and made us feel at home. The hotel is newly renovated and the room was great. very spacious and very clean. The room also came with a beautiful view. I will defiantly be returning to this Embassy Suites.

Old. One day we didn't get maid service. Very damp and smells terrible. Our first room smelled like smoke. I'm pregnant. So we asked to move. The.maid service came at 4:30 and towels smelled moldy. The breakfast flavorless. The good thing is the beds are clean and comfy but the ac works terrible in the room. If I had to visit again and stay in Boca. I wouldn't stay here.
