Used to love coming here and getting my makeup, shoes, and accessories. They do have a good kids shoes collection, and I'm sure I'll continue to come for that, but recently the service has been so sub-par (we once waited for 15 minutes to try and check out at the Chanel counter) that I've switched to shopping at the Neiman Marcus instead since they have better availibilty and service.

What's not to love?!?! The shoe department is a slice of heaven! Service is impeccable always! The cafe is yummy. The anniversary sales are awesome! And of course the private Christmas shopping events are amazing!
