I got processed for my ticket in a timely manner. Got my popcorn and drink also. Both of the people were pleasant and professional. Theatre was clean. Had a great time.

Never crowded, not even for opening weekend blockbusters. Older theatre. Slightly uncomfortable seats. But if you just want to see the movie and don't want to battle crowds or arrive early its a great option.

When dad see Star Wars the last jedi. It wasn't crowded people were very courteous in the lines Weren't too long. The only thing I don't like about this movie theaters is the fact that it does not have reserved seating and the fact that if you're coming from the opposite direction on 410 you have to use to turn around to get there. You can use the atom app to get discounts and to In hands your movie going experience A lot of times it'll make it so that concessions are cheaper.

Typical theatre, absolutely nothing special about it. The halls are musty, the floors are sticky, and the seats always feel slightly moist - everything you'd expect to find in a typical, just-okay movie theatre. The employees are nice though. I appreciate the late night showing of kids movies on weekday nights so I can watch them when there's no actual kids in theatre.

Went in to see the My Little pony Movie after so many bad reviews from Critics but positive from Viewers. Go in theater 1. I was the only one there. An for good reason. The sound quality was poor. I mean very poor. Front speakers too loud Side speakers where fine.

Rear speakers muted an no bass at all! NONE! Its what sitting at a desktop is like with two speakers in front of you but you have headphones that give 7.1 Surround sound! The Attendances blew off responsibility of checking the film. The screen image was bigger than the backboard so some stuff was not visible. The movie was good.It would have been better if i could hear it all.

When confronting the Projection manager he gave me the excuse that its probably because its a cartoon. Um Even the cartoon uses THX an DTS sound. So yeah you just don't want to do your job! Are you poor? Do you need me to bring in a Surround sound set. Are you that bad off?

I am quite angry but i was the only one there so its not like i had people to back me up. An i now know why i was the only one in there.I am sure i could have gone elsewhere to get better quality. You wonder why people just download the movie? THIS is why!

Went there for a matinee show & the theater our show was in smelled like pee when we walked in. The smell dissipated after a while, but never went away. Then, when the show began, the lights never went down. I asked an employee to have them turned down & he said he would tell them. Nothing happened so I found a manager & he said they were turned down as far as they would go. I have never had to pay to watch a movie with the lights on that high. I will never go there again.

It's Saturday, middle of the day and they only had 4 concession stands opened! The line I was in was super slow! I missed the first half of the movie! Luckily my 11 year old son got to see the whole movie! And top of that, the movie theater smelled like urine! Never going back to this place!

Theater #2 was extremely cold. The a/c needs to be adjusted for customer comfort. Otherwise, great screen and sound system, polite, friendly and helpful staff. The seats are roomy and very comfortable. Very clean place.

****NEVER COMING BACK AND TELLING EVERYONE TO DO THE SAME.******
Service was bad, employee taking forever and would disappear to the back between customers with explanation. No one was monitoring the line for the movie because there are no assign seating. Once it was time to enter the movie, Wonder Women, the employees just opened the door and said "go in" and he takes off. We were waiting for 30 minutes and others just showing up walk right past us. NEVER COMING BACK AND TELLING EVERYONE TO DO THE SAME.

The place smelled old and the seats where uncountable. It was a storm and the movie got knocked off leaving a black screen no one came to tell us that they were in the process of fixing the problem. Customers started walking out to asks for a refund than were told they are working on it.

Theater was NOT clean, seats are uncomfortable, the movie had a haze / glare due to theater lighting, sound sucks, wall paneling was loose and rattled during action scenes, the 3 employees we encountered were lazy (except the manager, she refunded my tickets without hesitation but did not offer to refund the food cost), 1st employee (ticket counter) I asked her what is the best horror film they recommend. She shrugged her shoulders and said "I guess get out is good", 2nd employee (food counter), only handled 1 item request at a time (there was 4 of us) so ordering our food took forever, 3rd employee was after the movie started. My wife left the theater to see if they can turn the lights down, he said "I guess" then left. Lights were not reduced.
WE WILL NEVER RETURN TO A REGAL CINEMAS THEATER AGAIN!

This theater looks super nice! It's super huuuuuge, and the quality of the theater rooms (sound, projection, seats) is superb. The prices of the concessions are pretty pricey as always, but if you have a Regal Cinema's card, you can use points to get free drinks and grub. Love this theater.
