I have stayed there 2 times in 2017. They have friendly service and they go out of their way to make you feel welcomed and to serve your needs. I was pulling a trailer, and the outside security person went out of his way to assist and accommodate me. All around great experience there.

We travel a lot with bugRIGHT company and stay at a lot of hotels. We enjoyed our time here. Breakfast is good and the beds are comfortable. The place is clean. We really enjoyed social time they have drinks and food. Only thing is a quick clean on carpet in the room would help and two hand towels and two wash towels should be in the room. We will stay here again in the future.

It is a very cozy hotel. They have incredibly friendly service and they go out of their way to make you feel welcomed. I love that you can use the laundry free of charge. One of the main reasons that I love this hotel so much is that it has carbonated beverages in the complimentary breakfast! I love a morning soda (don't do coffee) I always have to remember to bring a soda from the room but here they are part of the beverage choices.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. The first was in January of 2016. We were pleased both times. The location is great. We loved the free shuttle to Sea World, makes it very convenient. The breakfast is really good, with plenty of choices. The staff is friendly and helpful. Another really big plus is all the extras the room has. Not only a coffee pot, fridge and microwave, but dishes and cups. It was great to bring food back and be able to eat just like at home. We felt very comfortable during our stay. We will stay again at this hotel if we are in the area.

Good breakfast fills you up nice pool, 247 access to fountain drinks and hot drinks 6 3 liter airports coffee and hot water. Movies to check out and close to local restaurants and groceries. Room had almost a full kitchen and need am oven. Shirt on dishes and flat ware. 3 forks 2 knifes no spoons. Full sized coffee pot but with all the coffee in the lobby it is not needed. Signs say minimum room service on weekends by appointment but they came anyway and there was no do not disturb sign. Air Conditioner was slow to cool and room service set it to 80 while we were out.

We were so happy with this hotel - as a family of 6, this place was PERFECT!!! So much room and enough beds for everyone to sleep comfortably! The shuttle to/from Sea World was fantastic! We will be back again next year!

This hotel is very nice. Good breakfast, though there seemed to be a chair shortage in the dining area. Rooms are very clean! Well stocked! Beds were not made after we left, I assume that's a "suites" thing? Anyway my favorite part was the greeting we got from Gabby when we arrived! She was so sweet and helpful! :)

I've been pleased with the facility, staff, and breakfast at this property. No issues and lots of smiles. It's my first stay at a Staybridge and I'll look forward to stays with them in the future.

This place was awesome! Didn't have any trouble with the staff or the establishment. The rooms were clean and equipped with everything you could need. Right across the highway from Sea World this place is conviniently located. Shuttles to and from Sea World are done ever 30 min. There is a mini putting green on the premises, a sparkling heated pool with beautiful changing lights at night, and a gorgeous cabana with three grills. There is also a free laundry area, a nice gym, a cute library, and a business center. Overall this was a great place to stay.
