My husband and I went in for a 1-hour couples' massage and we each had an "Amanda" as our massage therapist. The office is lovely, the staff friendly, the pricing affordable, and the massages were wonderful. I highly recommend this place!

We had a very good first experience at Spa D' Sante. Yolanda and Nicolas were great and provided an excellent couples massage. Melissa at the front counter was very personable, helpful and answered many of our questions. We felt very welcomed.
Now the lady with the accent on the appointment line was bothered with my questions and in a hurry to get me off the phone since i had an old pamphlet. Huebner location earned 5 stars because that lady did not work there.response / report this review -

Rudy is AWESOME! I came in with my shoulder hurting so badly that I felt light headed and could barely turn my head! You should see me now rolling my arms and turning my head from side to side!
The pressure was great, and he was very discreet (male providing service to me a female) and super professional!
He's definelty gonna be my go to massage guy now!

I have been there once a few years ago. WhilE my wife has attended several times on the Huebner location. Her experience with their service and staff has been excellent!

Massage was inturputed about 20 minutes into it, apparently the girl had an emergency and had to leave. I get left (with stones sliding off my back) for 15 minutes wondering whats going on then get told someone else is going to replace her. Well, things happen, okay. New girl doesn't know how to do a hot stone massage so is going to give me a regular massage- I came here because I wanted a hot stone massage. End up getting a 1 hour regular massage as opposed to the 1 & 1/2 hour hot stone massage I wanted. Front desk 'only' charged me for the one hour regular massage.well, that's what I received so I would hope you wouldn't be trying to charge me for the hot stone. Won't be back.

I had a great message and the man who helped me was great! However, I had called and set a reservation with a gift card but when I paid for the tip the checkout person charged me for the full massage plus the tip.
There were other areas that they could improve on customer service as well. For instance, they didn't tell me until after my massage that they changed who was scheduled to massage me, while this didn't make a difference it was still a surprise to hear this news when I was leaving that they made the change and not when I signed in.
All in all the massage was great, but I didn't have a "relaxing" time with the rest of the experience.response / report this review -

Katy and Robin are amazing. My husband and I had an hour and a half couples massage. It was quiet..cleanon time and friendly service too. They massaged very well and I can tell they were well trained too. They check in to make sure the pressure is ok and all. We will be returning!!
