  I received a gift that I did not like. The receipt is no where to be found and they do not honor a return without proof of purchase. How awkward to go to my boss that purchased something for me and say “I don’t like it can I have your card to return it”. Also, their website does say they care about customer satisfaction and will honor in store gift cards for retuns. I called back and spoke to the manager who then reiterated that they do not honor them and that is Nordstrom and not Nordstrom Rack- whatever that means. I googled the location closest and THIS WAS THE WEBSITE IT TOOK ME TO! This link had the return policy. Extremely rude customer service. Will enjoy taking my business elsewhere and wouldn’t mind tell others to do the same.

  Certain clothes smells and there UGG boots are counterfeit. They are not an authorized retailer for them looked it up on store locater through UGG website. Was expecting a deal but instead a disappointment

  High end clothes shoes and accessories from Nordstrom stores, usually at bargain prices for the brand being offered, never the same place twice, I rarely find anything here though, popular sizes not available. Ive seen someone working the floor about half the time

  One of my favorite places to shop in Grand Rapids. Always an excellent selection. Staff was very helpful. Not to be missed!!!

  I really only go there for shoes but they just have really good prices on everything in there and staff is helpful when you need it but they don't follow you around asking and asking if you need help. Overall a really good store and I love going in there.
