I like this Nordstrom Paseo Nuevo . It seems to have a better caliber of shoppers when compared to the Beverly Center, and they have a pretty big men's department, which is on the bottom floor as you enter in. The associates are courteous and I've never had a problem here.On a side note, the parking lot isn't too bad here - I forgot how long you get free parking with validation, but there are lights to indicate whether a spot is occupied (red) or unoccupied (green).

This store is never busy and the sales people are so polite, not pushy at all. They always remember me, and the returns are so easy. If you have a Nordstrom card and forget your receipt, they can just look it up on the computer. No problem! The shoe department and women's clothing are my go-to places to shop here. The parking is very convenient, near the elevator (if you can find a spot), and you get an hour free, unlike other cities.

We visited the Bobbie Brown counter on Monday (March 13, 2017) and asked for the makeup artist. I had had two great experiences at the Saks (Palm Desert) Bobbie Brown counter and the one at Bergdorf"s NYC. The girl in Nordstrom's was called, from possibly a break, and arrived looking bored and disinterested. I was so excited because I wanted to introduce my friend to this great line and many products. There was no energy put out and my friend was actually put off by the makeup artist. It was such a disappointment. It could have been so much fun and a healthy sale for Bobbie Brown Nordstrom Santa Barbara. It looks like this store is struggling and now I know why.

Nordstrom Cafe is a great place for lunch! I've eaten there many times, and the salads are wonderful! I recently ordered a grilled cheese sandwich, and was surprised to find it came with a cup of soup, a drink, and a fruit cup! During nice weather, you can sit outside in a small kind-of balcony. Inside there are tables, and a few booths.
