Good place to hang out and shop. Theres a few arcade games and a merry go round for smaller children. Very good selection and quality at the food court.

Their lucky ducky machine is broken and it really bothers me that it is and no one would help me get the dollar back. They told me they were try at your own risk. They should at least put an out of order sign on it or a sign on the machine that says it's a play at your own risk.
The hot topic there is great. They also have an anime based store that's pricy but it is imported so you can't really expect much less.
The people who work in the shops are really nice too.
I guess it's just the main management that aren't kind.

Nice mall to visit early in the morning. Very congested area. M 59 always has an accident or construction to make driving a little dangerous! There are about 150 stores including Macy's, H&M, Lord & Taylor on two levels. Lots of walking, lines are incredibly long especially at holiday time.

I'm not much for malls but I've been going to Lakeside since I was a child. They have a good selection of stores and the decent food court. Also lots of great restaurants surrounding Lakeside Mall. If you're going to go to the mall got to visit Cinnabon in Auntie Annie's pretzels.

This mall is clearly on its last legs. The rent they charge even for people who just have the small kiosks is insane. They are losing stores left and right and are even letting a former flea market open up a store that just makes it look more trashier. This mall has barely a quarter of the foot traffic it did 20 years ago. The mall itself is in disarray needing many repairs and cosmetic touches to maintain even just a decent cosmetic appearance. I prefer to go to Partridge Creek Mall just down the road.

I went to Torrid and the air conditioning was broken making it a very uncomfortable (to say the least) shopping experience. I waited in line for about 20-30 minutes to check out because the cashiers didn't seem to understand the concept of small chat while ringing up a customer. I could tell you where the cashier got get tattoo and why, the entire life story of customer one, and the trama of a father's first experience with homecoming. There was no need for that much in depth conversion to happen between a cashier and customer especially in what felt like 90 degree heat. Oh but the best part is that I I got home to review my purchases my cashier left the security tag on my jeans and now I have to go back to have it removed.

Lakeside malls glory days are far behind it. Now it has turned into a gaping pit on hall road for failing businesses. What was once a nice place, which provided a present shopping experience is now a black hole. If you are going to do your shopping and you have no other option but to visit a mall. I would suggest Somerset in troy or partridge creek down the road.

This mall is great! Daughter got her first haircut at Cutie Cuts, they did an amazing job!! Lunch at Lakeside Grill which was incredible! I had the turkey sandwich with smoked Applewood bacon but replaced the cinnamon bread with whole grain. Rated low because of the bathrooms. They are small and dirty. Went in two different mall restrooms and both were deplorable.

Many clothes stores and shoe stores for women, men, and kids. There's Macy's, Sears, Foot Locker, Hollister, etc. You can bring your kids to see Santa around Christmas and the Easter Bunny near Easter. There's also a play area and a carousel when you walk in. There's a large cafeteria with many restaurants. There's a few candle stores and a Bath and Body Works that smell nice when you walk by and sometimes it's fun to go in to smell candles and lotions.

Malls have begun slowly dying in recent years, stores can't seem to stay open, and even on weekends malls just aren't as busy. But despite that trend, Lakeside seems to be doing alright! There are some vacant spots, stores with "going out of business" sales, but overall it's good. Clean, brightly lit, no troublemakers bothering people. This mall has been around all 27 years of my life and I really hope it continues to do so.

Pretty clean and bright and inviting place on the inside [for it's age, especially].
Recent outside aesthetic improvements are nice, but could use more improvements to the facade of the actual building itself.
But perhaps that's being picky and unreasonable? The store offerings are great, large assortment of shops, limited vacant spaces [and mostly all discretely distracted-away-from by tasteful full-space advertisements across the spaces and/or other attention-grabbing nearby thing's].
Safe, good security with few/no trouble-makers hanging around. Ample parking.
Good place to burn some time on a day off, or shop for that particular item you've been looking for.

I grew up at this mall. It's been around for what seems like forever. Anchor stores include Sears, Macy's as well as a separate Macy's for Men store. The mall is kept up very nice, but has never seen a face lift. The floor still shines like it did 30 years ago. Took our young one to see Santa there this year and was a very nice setup. This place truly brings back memories and will be a mall that will stand the test of time considering how much the entire area has grown in the past couple of decades.
