I have bought a few colognes from here before. I visited a few times a year later and received mediocre service. I decided to give them just one more chance. Amani, a John Varvatos rep, gave me great service. She had me try all the JV fragrances. I tried it but it was not for me, so I went back and tried something that I was not able to try before thanks to Amani. She is a great worker, and that is why I will continue shopping at Nordstroms.

Jacqueline Caudillo helped me as soon as I got in to the store. I was lost and needed extensive help. She stuck by my side the whole time and gave the best customer service experience I have ever had. Answered all my questions and went above and beyond to help me with my needs. Definitely going to keep shopping there because of her!!!

I was under the impression for past few years that Nordstrom is the best place to shop and are known their customer service. However this one experience has put a really bad taste in my perception. Michael (probably a shift leader or part time manager) at Men's clothing is extremely rude in his approach in offering solution or providing customer service let lone being apologetic about forgetting with work on suits or even locating the items bought and paid for 3 days ago. Bought almost $1000 worth of clothes for one of the poorest and rudest customer service experience. Better shop online and request a pick up if you must shop at Nordstrom Oak Brook Center.

I am one shopping trip away from never shopping at this location again. Every time I have been into this store in the last year, I have left disappointed and very frustrated. Their customer service is absolutely terrible these days. On top of that, they carry very little that I'm even interested in buying. My mother and I had put close to 30 items in our shopping bag on the app that we wanted to check out when we got to the store, NOT ONE OF THEM was in the store. Even the woman at the customer service desk lacked customer service, she was more interested in getting me in, out and on to the next person. Basically no reason for me to even go into this store again.

Well, so long Nordstrom!! Mixing politics with purchasing products results with half of voters boycotting Nordstrom because they don't want to accept the results of the election and the other half of customers boycotting because you cater to the losers. Your selection of apparel is of very good quality! But, you're not the only fish in the ocean.

Huge thank you to Nordstrom Oak Brook, who totally saved my Christmas! I purchased this dress back in November, and it sat in my closet waiting for Christmas Eve. After I finish my hair and makeup, I run to put this dress on. I look down as I take it off the hanger, and there it is, the security tag. Guests are arriving any minute, and I start to loose my cool. Like most women, I call my mom and she tells me to try asking Nordstrom what I can do. I hang up and call them immediately. In a few moments I'm told they are sending someone with the security tag remover to my house. I'm shocked speechless! It's 4pm on Christmas Eve and they are sending someone to my house! Just another reason I have and will continue to get the best dresses and service from Nordstrom.

I've always had good experiences here except for the one time I needed personal shoppers because I had an injury which prevented me from walking. They were to be my legs but I think they only wanted to get sales. After a couple hours I came home with more items I didn't need than items I did need (was attending wedding). Disappointing to say the least. I'm still giving 4 stars for the rest of a great store.
