After my car was totaled the last thing I wanted to do was go through the process of looking for a new car. But something made us stop at Nissan North one Saturday morning and I am SO glad we did.Alli was so welcoming and helpful! With her help I drove off in the Nissan Rogue I really wanted and LOVE it. I had the pleasure of working with Alli there at Nissan North. She was very welcoming and made sure I was comfortable while waiting. She was so helpful and walked me through everything about my new car when everything was done. I went in not expecting anything much but having her helping me and making sure I was comfortable and sure about my decision was a great experience I’ve had there. There was no pressure whatsoever in me getting a car from there like most dealerships will do but not Nissan North. Thank you Alli and Nissan North team. You all are awesome.

I went with my mother to check out a car.. SUBARU! of course. Great people . Sales guy actually knew what he was talking about when it came to cars. cannot remember his name but he owns a mustang. Good place. Good Vibes. My mom drove away in her new car that day. 2011 Subaru Outback Limited . My mom loves it! I told her she would love a Subaru if she got one!

Brandon in used cars was my salesperson. We was very pleasant and listened to my concerns about buying a new vehicle. He was personable and genuine. We were able to come to a deal that worked for both of us, pretty quickly. It was fair and I got what I was looking for. Dan helped me with financing. He was also very personable and genuine. He had some products to sell that we decided against and that was it- no more asking/pushing us to buy something we didn't want. He was super nice and very easy to deal with. We were out of there pretty quickly. Both guys were not pushy and listened to what we were saying. I wouldn't go anywhere else to buy a car. Also, the price was very good for the vehicle we purchased. They said they pride themselves on being transparent, and they certainly accomplished that with us.

Update: sales manager did contact me and expressed concern and provided detailed quote. Good to see customer feedback is valued. Rating updated.

Simply requested a detailed lease worksheet be emailed to me as I live an hour away. I was told that it is their policy not to email worksheets and that I would have to drive in. Are you serious? This is 2017. Internet business is commonplace. I am obviously a serious customer. It may be your policy not to send lease worksheets via email, and its my policy not to do business with dealerships who operate this way. As a prudent buyer who does my research, it is my right to compare your quote vs other dealerships. Nissan North instantly lost this saleand I previously purchased a Mitsubishi from this same ownership group. This dealership is not worth my time. There are several other Nissan dealerships (Ricart and Buckeye to name a couple) that I have had no issues with.
