Everyone at Byers Ford was a pleasure to deal with. John Grijak helped me identify what was most important to me and worked diligently to find just the right truck for me even though it was at another dealer 200+ miles away. It is exactly what I wanted and they price was very fair in the marketplace. Bob and Derrick made sure I was being taken care of as well. I would recommend John and the whole team at Byers Ford.

I had a great experience with the purchase of our 2017 Ford Escape on Wednesday, 11/15/17. My sales person, Mike Sherrill, was very professional and answered all of my questions. The business manager, Derek Newland, was great in helping me decide among various financing options. Everyone else was very professional and helpful also including the sales manager who thanked me on two different occasions for my business. My overall experience was excellent, and I would definitely rate it 5 stars. This is the third vehicle that my wife and I have purchased at Byers Ford in Delaware. We have had a great experience each time. Thanks to all on the Byers team!!

John G. was the individual who helped us with our purchase. He had the car ready for us before we arrived and walked us through all the features on the car we were test driving. He was also very helpful in walking us through our financing options. We will be buying our future vehicles through Ford Byers.

Great place to buy, lease, and/or service your vehicle. I've always been a Ford guy, and it's nice to have a dealership close by with such great people and a great atmosphere. Josh Chadwick and the sales team as a whole are very personable, solid guys and go out of their way to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase, and will help you in any way they can. Josh even lent me his own personal vehicle when my car was getting worked on because they were out of temp tags good dudes.

I drove in from Michigan to purchase my used car from Byers Ford in Ohio and would do so again in a heartbeat. Nothing short of Excellent customer care from Dan Padgitt who accurately described the car in detail over the phone from 300 miles away, secured superior financing terms than either of my credit unions, stayed LATE on his OFF-DAY to hold the test drive and finalize my deal, AND was essential the following week in his efforts to obtain and fax me an additional copy of the title (it's a Michigan thing). Furthermore, the car was received by me in top-notch condition and worth every penny. These guys really do care, and I'll be recommending many 300 mile drives to the many friends, family and otherwise fans of my purchase. Thanks again!

My experience with Buyers Ford was amazing. Mike helped me find the right Ford Fusion for me. There were some marks and scratches on the body, but they were able to fix them and get the car looking brand new for me. Everything was quick and easy, and I would suggest Buyers Ford to anyone looking for a new or used car. A+.

Until this last service appointment, we had yet to have an overall negative experience with our 2016 Ford Escape. On the service work itself I don't have anything negative to say. The overall customer experience however, left room for improvement. This can only be done accurately by explaining.
First of all, I completely understand that a coupon I asked about was made for five quarts of oil. Mine is 6 quarts which is something I wasn't certain of. What started a negative experience was the way this was not explained. I was quite rudely directed to poster behind counter for $7.xx more than coupon and told that's what you're going to get. At this point having waited two weeks for appointment I was just enough over recomended mileage on service I chose not to go elsewhere. He then asked "you know where the lounge is, right?" As he moved on to something else on the computer. I get that he was busy, and in no way wanted my hand held. But the delivery of this question could have been a bit more customer friendly. I explained I did and would be there.
Two hours later while still waiting in lounge, I only stepped out for a couple minutes halfway through my wait, I received an email that my service was done and should call the service department to arrange payment and pickup. Any other time we've been in for service someone has at least looked at the paperwork and let you know personally it was done and everything was good, etc. The fact that I simply received an email, while waiting in your customer lounge just topped off an overall negative experience.

Everyone is very courteous and respectful in the service department. If they know you are waiting on your vehicle they will do their best to get you out the door quickly.

For maintenance, I always take my Fusion to Byers Ford in Delaware. Easy to make appointments, routine service is efficient, and love earning those loyalty credits. In addition, Sam especially is good at listening to any special concerns I have and making sure techs check for any problems in that area.

This is the place to go when looking to buy a car!! They answered all of my questions with patience and respect. I never felt rushed. In fact, they went over and beyond with every step of my car buying experience. My salesman, Steve, could not have been more kind. I brought my 4 year old in with me (i know, i must be crazy, right?), but he was so kind and patient with her. I felt right at home. I highly recommend Byers Ford to anyone and everyone. I know I will be back with all future purchases!!

Had an amazing experience purchasing my 2016 Ford Focus ST. Nick Borgia was very helpful in finding and applying any discounts and coupons to lower the total price of the vehicle. They gave me calculations, with a itemized breakdown, for the total price. The staff is very friendly and I was in and out in less than an hour with my new vehicle. I was topped off on all fluids and given a full tank of gas before leaving. Would definitely purchase another vehicle from them when the time comes!
