I took my car into Byers Kia for a routine oil change and a routine check for a specified mileage. They did a very good job. The waiting area is nice upstairs with a tv, comfy sofa or a table to use. The waiting area on the 1st floor is nice too. They have hot cocoa, coffe, tea, and some snacks while waiting. Check out is handy and the lady is very nice. Checking in with the guys inside the garage is nice too!

This KIA service center has always been reliable. My service appointments don't take too long, and the staff is always friendly and accommodating. They aren't pushy with trying to get you to purchase extra services, and they will let you know if they find anything concerning. I asked them to investigate an issue with my rear passenger window not working, and they happily discovered the issue and let me know it was still covered under warranty. I enjoy my visits to this service center and would recommend it to anyone who needs their KIA to be worked on.

My Salesman, James Rederstorff, was very helpful and allowed me to review several vehicles in a short period of time, allowing me to use my criteria and answering my many questions. No pressure, just facilitated my search with good info. Then, when James had another simultaneous sale, Lamar (salesman), like a true team player ,stepped in and helped me complete the Sale.

Then Bill in financing completed the sale, and also was very helpful and friendly!

It was one of my best car buying experiences!

I was out to lunch and happened to look over and see a gentleman in a Byers shirt. We began discussing the idea of me surprising my wife with a new vehicle. Mario Sanchez was who I spoke with and I told him i need a car in the $200.00 range and no money out of pocket he said he could be close. So he called me the next day and said he would bring me a car to test drive. He brought me a Kia Forte to test drive and i knew she would love it. He then took the car back and had all the paper work done and delivered it to my work. It was spotless. So i surprised my wife with a big red bow and she was beyond happy! So happy with the service i called him and let him know my Ford Fusion lease was coming up and again he brought a vehicle to me. The 2016 Kia Optima SXL blew me away! Again he made the numbers work and had it delivered to me. Kyle Cain, Mario Sanchez and the crew at Byers Kia went out of their way and exceeded my expectations. Noticing my new car and explaining my experience my boss has since purchased her Kia Cadenza from them as well! I highly recommend Byers Kia and the staff there to take care of your next car buying experience! Great job guys..

After doing a large amount of research on new car options, I stumbled upon Byers Kia. A friend had purchased a used vehicle here a while back and had a good experience, so I was willing to give it a shot. I found my perfect match online before going out, and happened to get partnered with Kyle Cain (who my friend had nothing but nice things to say about). I made an appointment that was convenient for my schedule, and went out to test drive the car. The process was smooth, Kyle was not pushy in any way, and I felt the trade in value as well as the purchase price on my car were fair.
When we were finished, Kyle took me to finance, where I worked with Luke, who discussed my options for financing, and he got me a great rank with a bank I was familiar with, discussed extras (like the GAP protection I really wanted). and explained all the paperwork thoroughly and answered my questions so I knew exactly what I was signing and what to expect over the length of the process of owning my car.
I also got to talk to GM Tom Cole while I was at the dealership. Tom was cordial, and was talking to customers throughout the sales floor. He introduced himself, checked on me throughout the sales process, and once I agreed to purchase the car, encouraged me to contact the dealership with any concerns or questions.
With everyone's contact information readily available on their website, the great relationships I feel like I built with the dealership, I would definitely return to them for another car. I've already recommended Kyle, Luke, and Tom once in the week since I got my car, and will continue to do so.
Thanks, guys, for taking the worry and stress out of buying my first brand new car! You were all great.

All the employees I came across were super nice too, they all acknowledged me, if you're looking for a Kia, definitely go to Byers.

I have bought 3 cars from Byers Kia and I have always had a positive experience! The car salesmen are not rude or pushy and actually care about finding you the perfect car. They try to find you the best interest rate and financing available for you and work with the banks to get you approved at the best rate! Everyone in this location are always friendly! If you need a new or used car I suggest going to see them! They are also very reasonably priced!
